“This looked good and I hoped being leather it would be tough but unfortunately Dexter managed to completely destroy it in under 30 minutes. However Green and Wilds contacted me following this review and sent Dexter a tougher donut toy to play with. He loves it and G&W were very quick to respond and super helpful.”

Hi Karen We are really sorry to hear that your recent purchase didn't meet your expectations and it sounds like Dexter had 30 minutes of great fun. Some dogs do see our eco toys as a challenge and decide to chew or destroy them over playing with them, this can be down to the natural materials over harder to destroy plastic/man made fibres. Whilst leather is generally hardwearing, it is unfortunately, not indestructible. The stuffing is composed of natural materials so not to cause any harm if chewed. “Three toys bought, a hammer, a hot dog and a crab, all are still in one piece. Any day toy that lasts longer than a day with my three terriers is doing well.”

“We have been ordering products from Green&Wilds for years as our dog loves all of the treats! It is important to us that the treats are clean and of good quality, with the dried sweet potatoes and the jerky as favourites. It is great to have the selection between more vegetable based treats for everyday and the more meaty ones for special occation.”

We do offer free delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £39.00 and to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum, we have delivery by weight software. Some puppies /dogs do prefer to chew or destroy our eco toys rather than pay with them and please rest assured that our eco toys do not contain harmful materials for those that do chew them. All dogs have a natural instinct to chew and our toys can be seen as a great challenge by some dogs, due to the natural materials over hard plastic/rubber. Some puppies/dogs do prefer to chew our eco toys over playing with them and use them to fulfil their natural chewing instincts and have fun at the same time as they present a challenge. This can be down to the toys' shape or composition from natural materials over harder to chew/destroy plastic and synthetic materials. Please rest assured that the layers of suede and jute are safe for dogs that do chew their eco toys. We hope that your dog continues to have fun with Hugo. The Green&Wild's Team

“I have purchased Green and Wilds products for some years for my weimaraner. There is such a great choice of treats, all of consistently high quality and the dogs have always enjoyed them. I was disappointed when you changed the salmon oil but I obviously understand the reason for it. Beamish was not impressed for a couple of days but soon got used to it!!!! “First time order from G&W and it’s been a good experience. We ordered an olive wood stick, the doughnut toy, and a yak chew. - olive wood is great, it doesn’t splinter, just comes off mushy. 5/5 - doughnut has been much loved by our pup, but her favourite thing is pulling the threads which have come loose and I’ve been cutting them, so 4/5 - the yak chew we’ve had to put away in the cupboard for a few months as it turns out our pup is too young for it. The lady on G&W socials was awesome and advised this after I got in touch, and also said the website will be updated to reflect recommended age. Otherwise, quick delivery, and I’ll likely order some more toys in the future.”
