“My neighbour's senior Westie boy just loves his Chicken and Liver Luv Hearts and Venison Hide Chews. Luv Hearts don't hit the sides while a Venison chew will last him for days.”

“We were gifted the Beef Jerky for my black Labrador Stanley, and he enjoyed it so much that we have sourced new packs directly from the company. Compared to other treats and food supplements, we were impressed by the high protein and low fat content, and that it has no additives. Further to this, the company has been excellent in dealing with a query that we addressed to them. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company for its products and its bone fide customer service.”

“I placed the order on Monday evening & received it Saturday. There was no communication to indicate the items had been dispatched & I came close to emailing to query if the order had been lost in the system. The chews that arrived look great quality & the packaging was very eco friendly.”

We are sorry to hear there was no dispatch confirmation. As a small, independent business, we don't operate 7 days a week. Your order was placed on the evening of the Bank Holiday Monday and as stated on our website: "Orders are normally dispatched within 3 - 5 working days (Monday to Friday & excluding Bank Holidays), but maybe longer during our busiest periods." Your order was processed and dispatched on Tuesday 27th via a Royal Mail 48hr delivery option, but due to the Bank Holiday, Royal Mail took a day longer to deliver the parcel than normal. Out Customer Service Team are always happy to answer any queries regarding orders. Kind regards The G&W Team
