“I can't fault the products, they are absolutely lovely and my puppy adores them. Unfortunately I am now 10 days after placing the order and the goods have not been delivered. I can understand a Xmas shutdown, and delays due to Covid, but I have not received any correspondence at all despite emailing twice. Having phoned, the lady dismissed me with a delivery date which hasn't materialised. A bit disappointing, as just a bit of communication would have resolved the issue for me. I am still unclear as to when/if it will turn up at all.”

“Our 4 month old Labrador loves the toys from Green and Wild and they last long enough to make them good value for money (as Labs do go through their toys!). The Octopus was a firm favourite as you can hide treats in the centre of it.”

Hi Donna I am sorry your order did not arrive yesterday, this was a problem with the courier, it left us on Monday so should have arrived yesterday, however, with the current situation there may be delays with all deliveries. I have checked with our courier and your order is on the van for delivery today. Dawn

“This would have been 5* except for the delivery. I love the products and I’ve ordered before without problem. However, I placed an order on 28th December and it was only dispatched on 4th January. Add another 3-5 days on for delivery. But disappointed to be honest”

Hi Simone I am sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery. We returned to work today following our Christmas break and our dispatch department have been working very hard to get as many of the orders received during this period packed and shipped.

“Great products, the octopus went down really well with our pup at Christmas and she just loves her fish cake treats but her all time favourite is her antler. They last quite a while, much better than others I’ve bought in the past”

“My dogs love Green and WIlds' toys. The wood chew is our border collie cross' favourite chew yet has lasted over a year making it very good value. I can't recommend their products highly enough”

“Superb products made with all natural ingredients, packaging all recyclable and a wide range to choose from, delivery times I also cannot fault, order confirmed and on the doorstep within 2 days despite it being the busiest time of year, amazing service and will continue to add products to my ever growing green and wilds treat cupboard! My girl loves them all”
