“Buy one of these every Christmas for my dog. He lovex rhem and they last all year. He destroys most toys and chews in minutes but these are great.”

“Great products and service. I never thought I would be somebody who would get their pet an advent calendar but... he loves everything I get from Green and Wilds. Delivery is prompt and well communicated and I do not find the products cheaper anywhere else.”

“I buy Green & Wilds antler chews every year as Christmas presents for our dogs. They’re by far the best quality that I’ve found. They last the whole year! Speedy despatch & well Packaged.”

“My dog has a very sensitive tummy and the salmon and pumpkin seed fishcake treats are great for her as they are healthy and the pumpkin while only 10% is good for her tummy. Haven't tried the fish bites yet but hoping they will be OK for her aswel but definitely recommend the first ones for anyone who has a dog who has a extremely sensitive stomach”

“Stanley the star fish is the best dog toy I have ever bought my two sausage dogs as 3 of them will last almost a year of chewing. Nothing is indestructible with a sausage but these are the best!! I am hoping the hammer and heart will be equally as good 🤞. Green and Wild always process my orders promptly and arrive in a timely way perfectly packed no complaints at all.”

We pride ourselves on our customer service and we will always investigate an order or delivery issue as soon as we are aware of it. In this case, from your review. I can confirm your order was picked one day after receiving it, and was dispatched via Royal Mail on Monday 27th November '23 via a 48h tracked service (We only dispatch Mon - Fri) We have heard reports that in some areas, Royal Mail are struggling with the volume of parcels due to the Black Friday Sales and time of year and items are taking far longer than expected to be delivered. “We have a Staffie, who can destroy a toy within minutes! However we have lots of the Green and Wilds toys, ( some of them we've had for over 3 years ) and they are still as good as the day we bought them. He actually plays with them, but doesn't chew them up and even knows some of them by their names! I.E " go and find Olive the octopus " I would highly recommend Green and Wilds for their toys, if you have a destructive dog, however if you have a dog that likes to eat anything, they may not be advisable ( our son's Golden Retrievers didn't play with them, just started to eat them because of the materials they are made out of!)”

Hi Thank you for writing a review and it's amazing to hear how long your Staffie has had some of his Eco Toys and that they have remained as good as new. It has made our day to hear how he knows some of them by name - such a clever boy! Some dogs do see our toys as a natural teething soother through chewing them up, or as a challenge and actively seek to destroy them by chewing rather than playing with them. This can be due to the natural materials in their composition over hard plastic or synthetic fibres. We hope your Staffie's Eco Toy collection continues to grow and we can't wait to hear if he learns all their names! The Green&Wild's Team

“Very disappointed with the two dog toys I received they looked faded and grubby,I have unfortunately had to send them to a new puppy in Canada.I have previously bought the octopus from this range and I was very happy with it in fact it's probably been one of the best dog toys we have for durability.”

Hi Julie We are really sorry to hear of your disappointment with the two eco toys you ordered. We will always try to find and offer a solution, if we are made aware of any issue. We would have happily offered to exchange the toys if they were to be gifts, or if it was time critical for sending them to Canada, requested photos so we could have potentially advised on any suitable methods for removing any dust/marks and offered compensation. Being of natural composition with the use of eco friendly dyes, the suede can have variations in colour between batches and toys may arrive dusty from the packing materials used by our supplier. We will ask the Warehouse Team to check any remaining Barry the Bananas in stock (we have sold out of Rudy the Reindeer) and will make a note of your feedback should we receive any future complaints of the same nature.
