“Overall ok but a big problem with the carrot! This was full of very long and stringy jute which ended up all over the house. The bone chew, also jute, is great and the second time I have bought one. I had to throw the carrot away as I was concerned that the dog would choke on it.”

Hi Suzanne We are sorry to hear that one of your recent purchases didn't meet your expectations. Please rest assured that Candice the Carrot is constructed from all-natural materials. Some dogs do see our suede eco toys as a challenge and love to chew or remove the stuffing over playing with them. We would recommend the thicker eco toys made from the many layers of compressed jute such as the green bone you purchased if your dog likes to also chew their toys or remove the stuffing. “I ordered the suede banana chew toy which my ten week old puppy loves above all other toys. She loves it so much that the stitching at the tip came undone within 2 days. I sewed it back up (a tough job that took some patience and pushing with a thimble) but alas it came undone again very quickly revealing the jute stuffing that I'm not that keen on puppy ingesting. So sadly, although potentially a great product, it hasn't been great value for money.”

Hi We are sorry to hear that Barry the Banana didn't meet your expectations. Some puppies do see our eco toys as a challenge and prefer to chew or try to destroy them over playing with them. “First class company. I first came across this company whilst on holiday in cornwall when I was shopping for my puppies. They have such a huge range of healthy nutritional foods at very reasonable prices. Once back home my puppies loved the goodies so went online, simple easy process and fast delivery. Wont shop anywhere else now.”

“My whippet, who has a very sensitive stomach, loves the venison and seaweed snacks and they don't upset his delicate digestive system. Lovely to have interesting treats I can give him. Good prompt service when I ordered them online.”

“Fantastic product we purchased the (you’re a doughnut and also your toast ) dog toys, we have got a half staffy and Rottweiler cross and toys have never lasted very long were in this case Ilit has lasted over three weeks and he absolutely loves it.. just to be careful that your dog does not consume the pieces he was his fairly good as he spits out but does sometimes consume some but can make him throw it up.”
