“Bought the buffalo horn and an antler for my puppy and he absolutely loves them. So I will definitely be buying again if he ever makes his way through them !”

“I’m really gutted as I was recommended this company by a friend. I placed an order in December and 4 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. I emailed and was told another order would be sent to me which I still haven’t received. Really bad service.”

Hi We are very sorry to hear this. As soon as you contacted us about the missing order, we looked into it, responded to you and offered to send out the order again. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always do what we can to make sure our customers receive their orders . Your original order was placed on 28/12/22 whilst we were closed over the Christmas holiday period. It was processed and dispatched on 03/01/23, the first day that we were all back in the office and warehouse. Unfortunately, the courier company failed to deliver it to you and left you with no instructions to organise a redelivery or where to collect it from, or that after 12/01/22 it would no longer be available for collection and would eventually be returned to us. We were completely unaware of this and had we known that DPD had left it at a collection point, we would have tried to arrange to have it redelivered to you or we would have resent your order sooner. We will be taking up the issue with the courier company as we feel they have let us down as your order was processed and dispatched promptly. Your order was resent as promised and the tracking shows that it will be with you today (23/01/23). We hope that when it arrives, you and your pets will be really happy with the products and will give us another try. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. The Green&Wild's Team

“The natural dog toys are brilliant! We bought a suede reindeer and a banana for our puppy and they are hands down her favourite toys. She loves to chew them and because of the shape and the material she can get to the back of her teeth which is great for her teething. She has one of them in her crate with her too and they keep her occupied for ages! We’re massive fans and they’re so well made.”

“Our puppy loves her toys from Green and Wilds. They are great to chew on and keep her calm and occupied. We know when she is getting tired and needs a snooze because she will go and grab her pig, banana or mouse and chew herself to sleep!”

“Archie approved toys!! My dog LOVES Green and Wilds toys! Not only do they look adorable but they last so much longer than the so-called 'indestructible' brands. They are incredibly hardy with just enough give for my dog to remain interested in his quest to chew off eyes, heads and hands. They also give me confidence that my dog isn't ingesting pastic and teddybear stuffing. My dog and my conscience is satisfied by knowing he can enjoy the lengthy destruction process without contributing to landfills for the next 100 years.”

“A lot of items not available (sold out) like beef jerky chews wheich we wanted. Our dog didn't like the Ox jerky chews - so we gave them away. On the plus side - it all arrived in good time and the venision flatties went down well. Overall an expensive experience that we probably won't repeat”

Hi William We are pleased to hear you dog enjoyed the Venison Flatties. Whilst it is a shame they didn't enjoy the Ox Jerky, pets can have different tastes, and it was kind of you to give them away so that they didn't go to waste. With regards to the out of stock items. The demand for our products is becoming increasingly higher as our reputation for producing quality toys and healthy treats grows. This, coupled with supplier issues (which in the current financial climate, have been experienced by many retailers) has unfortunately led to cases where demand has far exceeded supply. We have been working closely with our main supplier, who has now addressed the issues and stock replenishment should be more consistent and back to normal very shortly. “HUGE favourite with all our doggie and kitty customers. Whilst humans strive to eat nutritious food, they also wish to pass the same ethos to their pets. “Highly recommended by my holistic vet; however, my ex-feral cat wouldn't go near these treats. Have passed them on to a friend in case her cat will eat them. Shame”
