I bought one constellation map because I wanted for a gift. I needed right away so I pay for download it. Once I paid, nothing happened (any bottom to click or coming back or nothing, the screen was static). I was waiting an image or a link for downloaded, so basically I paid for something I didn’t receive. I tried to contact them in the telephone number that was in the bill that I paid and nothing, there is not a contact number or mail or any way to contact with customer service. They have the option in the page of “saving map” (so you can come back and buy it). It was through thatI could contact them, but lasted too much in reply. I had to buy other thing for the present. I basically lost my money.

As a small business, we do take pride in our service and try and help out as much as we can in supporting our customers. " I had to buy other thing for the present. I basically lost my money. " We now have refunded your full purchase along with the digital map that was already sent through your previous enquiries, so please accept this as a gesture of goodwill. I was supposed to receive my order on 4/1 and paid a large premium for it. I did not receive it.

El servicio de atención al cliente no puede ser menos resolutivo. Hace más de un mes que pagué mi pedido y aún no lo hemos recibido, parece que si no lo pides con 6 meses de antelación no podrás usarlo como regalo para un día especial... El paquete lleva más de 10 días en la aduana y no he recibido ninguna explicación ni estimación por parte del equipo de atención al cliente sobre su estado, además de que depende de otro de sus departamentos que no les responden. Consiguen que lo que parece una buena idea para un regalo especial se convierta en una larga espera sin resultados. No recomiendo a nadie usar esta página.

Soy de Chile, hice la compra y no me llegó nunca confirmación ni boleta, cuando les escribí la correo que tienen de contacto todas las veces me decía que el correo no existe

5/10/20 - I was given a message that my card details were not complete so I reinterred my details , not my order, my card details and was charged twice . I have sent an email to your attention to stop the second payment - awaiting your reply and assistance.
