Los nombres de estrellas y constelaciones no están traducidas correctamente al español. Desafortunadamente me di cuenta una vez que ya había hecho la descarga de prueba y no pude cambiar el idioma o simplemente no comprarlo. He comprado en dos ocasiones anteriormente, pero todo venía en inglés y no tuve problema alguno. Espero puedan corregir esto.

Customer service was wonderful about getting back to you and were very helpful. The website was a bit confusing when it came to placing the order. It shipped within a few days so it must be easy to create. Not worth the price. I was so disappointed when my son opened it. Looked like a 19.99 item not 56.99. For the price it should come framed. Not something I would recommend for the price.

The frame is quite light pine and comes with a sheet of thin perspex/plastic rather than glass. I was surprised that the star map was not actually placed in the frame and was just wrapped up with it, I almost thought I had been sent an empty frame. The paper that it is printed on is similar to thin shiny photo paper. Not quite what I was expecting. It is nice and the only map I could find that was accurate for the northern hemisphere and had star and constellation names. For the price I had expected better quality printing, paper and a frame. The gold line separating the text heading and subtext is not solid and appears to have run out of ink half way through the print (if its meant to have a fade in it, this is terrible, its not even in the centre of the line). The overall print quality of the starmap appears as if the it has been blown up too big and has a slight blur to the markings and text.

Compré desde el 15 de Septiembre y tenia fecha de entrega estimada para el 27 de Septiembre pero no ha llegado. Me puse en contacto por correo, pero no me solucionaron nada hasta la fecha.

i purchase my star map for a total price of less than $45.00 and they billed my credit card for $81.00. I can't even get the map off of my computer drive to put on a usb very disallusioned and taken advantage of

Hi Again, I have previously tried to contact you to try and rectify the situation, please do get in touch with us so we can try and resolve any issues regarding our service. poster and frame is very low quality, the wood frame has cracks when it arrives, and has signs of falling apart. Delivery is very fast though. I would recommend buying the electronic version only and print yourself.

The only reason I bought from greater skies is the detail in the consolations. But other companies had better options for customization. Also I never received tracking information for my order which is very unsettling. Especially since I paid for express shipping.

I received my framed portrait today and the glass was smashed in the middle of the poster. It's a beautiful poster but I wish the delivery would have been packaged better to prevent the break. Going to have to reframe is going to be costly and I'm greatly disappointed.

Both my maps weren't right, I got the digital copies and one came out ok,had to spend more money, and the other wouldn't edit correctly.

Thank you so much for your review : ) We can only print what information is placed on your order, unfortunately - our team is not big enough to check each map individually for errors especially ones that are to do with dates that are not obvious on the map. We have offered you a reprint at a reduced cost and digital maps for free to correct the errors. I am sorry to hear again that the digital maps ,the second time, one of the maps were wrong - I did offer to correct it for you again for free. Apologies again that we cannot reprint for free as it costs us everything a normal map would, as each map is created especially. More than happy to help as much as we can. I expected the paper would be higher quality for $60. Great concept but thicker paper would make it seem like a $60 piece.

I love the quality of this print, but I just realized that the print says “congratulation” (without the s). I’m pretty sure we ordered with the s.. I now don’t want to give it as a wedding gift as was intended. I have also decided that I don’t want it to say “congratulations” at all (my bad, I’m aware). I wanted to order more prints for other weddings this season. Is there some sort of a deal we could make where you send me this one the way I want it and then I will order 2 more for the other weddings? Thanks Kelly

M hubiese gustado que aclaren ese punto de que por la hora puede variar el que no te aparezca tu signo☹️, de haber estado enterada hubiera movido la hr para que se viera el signo, en eso me percaté después de hacer la compra, siento que mi regalo estuvo incompleto era para un amigo fuera de la ciudad dónde yo vivo
