“"I really liked the concept, but I was hoping for a more spectacular print. The packaging is well done, and the digital image is great. However, I had a problem with the shipping: I expected home delivery, but it was sent to a pick-up location with very limited opening hours. SEUR didn't inform me until the 27th, despite the package arriving on the 20th. I wasn't in a hurry, so it wasn't a major issue, but there was a clear lack of communication."”

“Supuestamente tenía un descuento del 20% a partir de mi segunda compra y no fue aplicado, estimo que encuadra como publicidad engañosa ya que tampoco se generó un reembolso por el correspondiente al 20%”

“I created a map on 2/23/26 but I never finalized it for printing, however, my card was still charged. I still have not received a map nor a refund”

“The map did not arrive as promised though I have paid for express delivery. End up I have nothing to give to my boyfriend on his birthday. And the team didnt even check until I asked on the day of expected delivery. I am really disappointed with the irresponsible and unprofessional attitude of the team.”

“Overall, great ! Minor issue re, clicking on the downlad option after it became availabe, seemed to take a minute or so for the download options selections for Choose the size and pdf/jpg/ps appeared as accessible (were both grayed out for a bit), and then after selecting my preferred size & format the first attempt to download just appeared to 'hang', it remained at the 'preparing your download stage interminably. After waiting a few minutes I refreshed my browser and tried again, still experienced the grayed out issue for another half a minute, but once size and format were selected the download was then available to proceed as normal. I have subsequently now downloaded the 3 available formats at 24"x36" and very happy, thanks”

“Out of all the companies that offer a star map yours is by far the best looking map. However, the one thing that would have been better is the ability to change the font size. Overall, easy experience and easy ordering.”
