The map layout is beautiful, however the constellations are not the same as in the natal chart. For example, the sun of May 20 is in Taurus, and on the map it appears in Aries, I would have liked it much more if they really coincided. But I think it's a nice decoration box.

Ours are not maps of your natal chart; they represent the portion of the sky above you at a specific place at your chosen time. This means that they don't show the whole sky but only the part you could see above you at that specific moment. We apologise if this was unclear on our website and hope this explanation helps. I was super impressed with the really quick shipping as wel as the print. I was however, extremely disappointed with the cheap Perspex frame it came with. I would have thought that for $50, it would at least be glass. Even Kmart does glass! Next time would order again but frame it myself.

Hi Emily, Thank you for your message we appreciate your feedback! Regarding the frame, the reason why we chose the frame is for its finish and lightweight properties - we are working on having more of a choice of frames although we are trying to minimise the cost. Also, the reason why we don't use glass is that glass is thicker and less transparent, detracting from the overall clarity of the map. Your service is fantastic, but I found your websit very confusing to the extent I was uncertain whether my order had been received and then printed. It was, and has been printed thank goodness,but by good fortune, I feel!!!!!

Pague por entrega express 15 e aprox. Conozco correos y lo enviaron con la modalidad estándar PQ que no responde a 24h que es lo que cuesta el envío express. No es culpa de correos. Es un robo por parte de esta empresa

The ordering process was quick and easy. When it came to shipping, free was thought to be delivered by Jan. 29 and expedited shipping the 28. I chose expedited and paid the extra and I still have not received my order and today is the 31st.

Poster arrived and was as described but the top corners of poster had become dog-eared, which usually happens when rolled up and not protected at the edges of the tube. They'd used a soft tissue like paper but when stuffing it in had not made sure the outer edges of the roll were flat against the inside of the tube, so it dog-eared them. No time to return/replace.

Planets are not labeled in the night skies illustrated in my downloads. Maybe they are not present. Would choosing a different time of day resolve this? Stars and constellations are clearly identified.

Overpriced and arrived damaged. The map itself is beautiful. Due to the mat finish and lack of forethought around packaging however, the imagine was blemished by the time I received it. When rolled up and put into the packing tube, the image was on the outside rubbing against the cardboard and would have been scuffed from being handled and pushed into the tube. I feel it would be best to have measures in place to prevent this from happening, especially given the cost of purchase... Orders should definitely be arriving in pristine condition. I already felt it was overpriced before I received it this way, but because of the sentimental value it was still worth it. Now I’m not so sure I feel the same. Sorry for my delay in getting this review out, but I do not have a lot of extra time on my hands for situations such as this. Unless I am receiving another, I do not want to remove it from the frame to take a picture, as I don’t want to risk more damage. Thank you

I used your service for the first time for a gift to some friends (baby birth). Although I cannot rate the product itself I would like to share a small disappointment about the « webshop » and suggestions: - allow customers/buyers to track the product - allow the costumers/buyer to add a small note for the staff who’s taking care of the order or at least for the recipient so they know who’s sending them the gift! This because I had to spoil a bit the surprise and ask my friends if they received the gift ... :(

Thank you for your review! Hopefully as we grow, we will be able to reduce our costs as a smaller business. Our maps our the best in the market. Rather than just getting some black and white dots you get design, accuracy and a whole lot more objects in the sky. Merci pour votre avis. Oui, en raison de l'adresse incorrecte soumise, il y a eu un retard dans la livraison de votre carte. I was not too happy with the finishing of the product. The image online appears much more glossy and the stars seemed more vibrant in color.
