Hi I actually do have an issue with my delivery. I paid for an express delivery which promised the gift to be delivered by the 19th of November. The package was then sent to the wrong location and I was not able to receive the package in time. As a result of this my sister was not able to open her gift on her birthday. I would like to be refunded for the amount I paid for delivery ASAP please. Thank you.
