Hello Steve, we apologise for the tension regarding the arrival of your purchase. It appears that the said parcel has indeed arrived within the specified timeframe as we can see from the Track & Trace system used to monitor the whereabouts of our packages. “I recieved my package, but the package was poor. I recieved the Story pouches (which I don´t really need), but the charms were not even wrapped, so they could easily got damaged. Fortunatelly everything arrived safe.”
