I'm sorry to hear that you are still awaiting on your order. Your requested items were dispatched quickly and promptly as you were aware on the 18th December. Overseas delivery of items always take approximately 7-10 working days to arrive as it clearly states on our website when purchasing. Unfortunately, Australia is not a short distance from the UK.

“Was disappointed when my earrings arrived as they looked really tarnished and quite unlike the same pair that my friend had purchased elsewhere. I emailed the company who to be fair, did offer to clean them for me, plus pay postage costs. I would have just preferred a refund as I wanted to take them on holiday with me but this company, like most others, has a strict policy on returning earrings for pierced ears. Would have been better if a nice new shiny pair of earrings had been sent out in the first place. Probably won't buy anything from here again because os this.”
