unable to complete order due to postal costs to the IOM. Staff were very friendly and helpful but were constrained by costing and unable to reduce mailing costs. It costs the same to post to the IOM but added nearly £100 on top for delivery!

When the mugs arrived, the design was printed considerably smaller than the proofs supplied and the reference image we supplied. None of the paperwork specified there would be a tolerance percentage in the printing (if there had of been - we would of supplied different artwork). The attempt at resolving the issue was poor - no offer of a reprint, no partial refund, just a discount on the next order, which based on our experience will not be using you again or recommending to any of our clients. Hugely disappointing.

Customer service was good, product quality was good. However, I have scored them low for the overall experience. I placed an order and made payment on the basis that the print which I had given to go promotional was fine and works. They did a virtual mock up and we were both happy with the product. After their 10 day delivery had lapsed, I rang to check on the status of the order only to be told that there was a problem with the print not coming out well. There was a lot of going back and forth and eventually I settled for an updated print which wasn't what I wanted, and by the time I received my order, it was too late as the event I placed the order for had passed. So overall, poor service.

Our batch of 200 notebooks had our logo on perfectly but the writing had been printed wonky on all 200 copies which was a real shame. company offered to re do but unfortunatey these were needed for an important conference and so we made do with these. we did contact teh company who apoligised and offered some cashback however we still have not received this.

The service was quick in delivering and meeting our deadline. However the quality oft he actual product was poor. The imagery and text were blurred. With a red outline behind it.

Due to the fact that having contacted you in May 2016 and several discussions later agreed the overall product. But when payment was made in January 2017 was told that the colour of the product that we wanted and had agreed was not available until 27 Feb 2017 for the event which was to take place on 4 March 2017. This did not allow time for printing, error's or delivery and left me having to find another company within 5 weeks!! Poor business practice.

We were impressed with the range of products you supply, however encountered problems once starting to go through with the order. The initial price I was quoted was higher than expected on 2 occasions and we ended up paying more than would have liked. It took a while to get proofs sorted slowing things down. We were then told the delivery date - which we understand was delayed due to your suppliers, but were advised it would be looked into to see if we could get this any quicker. We then heard nothing back. The stock came after all of our events and now is sat dormant in our storage.

Took a while to get a response. The sample we requested took a while to come through. Then when we placed our order, the product that we wanted was out of stock, despite asking about that before hand. We were asked if the invoice address was the same as the delivery address when we'd made it quite clear in our emails which was which. Generally, a needed a lot of chasing, and we felt the service wasn't as good as the competitor that we then used instead.

No reflection on the staff as communication was excellent however placed an urgent order for an exhibition which did not arrive, very disappointing. Refund was issued quickly.

Loved the bag and the design - they looked great, however the quality of the bags seem poor, as we had extras we have been using them ourselves (very lightly) and the rope became detached on one corner on two of them on out first use. I hope the ones we gave the guests are holding up better, Thanks!

Product was excellent but customer service was not good. The order was not processed when it was originally set through. We had to chase twice but we did manage to get delivery on time for the event. The price was very competitive and the quote was confirmed as fully inclusive but we were then sent an invoice with VAT added on. I have queried this twice but as yet not received an amended invoice. We have also been sent 5 boxes of someone else's order! A shame because the product is excellent.

The keychain part that the trolley tokens were attached to broke within a couple of days. Most people lost their tokens due to this. I did send through a photo showing what was happening but got no response

I was told that I would receive a delivery by 6pm this evening for an event tomorrow but as of yet still no delivery. Very disappointing if i had known I wasn't go to get the delivery I would have told the volunteer running an event… really need this delivery and some help from the go promotional team

The service by Holly was quick, so thank you! However as a charity we have found paying for the bags on order, immediately as the order is taken quite difficult given we are a very small charity with one finance officer. We would have found it much easier to pay an invoice as normal where they are paid within afew days by our finance team. We also unfortunately recieved the second order of our bags with the logo in the wrong colour- a dark navy blue when it should have been purple. I called up to explain this and was asked to email Gareth, but then needed to chase up what was going to happen next as Holly was on holiday. I appreciate we are getting a set of new bags however- so will wait for these to arrive. Many thanks
