Took a while to get a response.
The sample we requested took a while to come through.
Then when we placed our order, the product that we wanted was out of stock, despite asking about that before hand.
We were asked if the invoice address was the same as the delivery address when we'd made it quite clear in our emails which was which.
Generally, a needed a lot of chasing, and we felt the service wasn't as good as the competitor that we then used instead.
