Due to the fact that having contacted you in May 2016 and several discussions later agreed the overall product. But when payment was made in January 2017 was told that the colour of the product that we wanted and had agreed was not available until 27 Feb 2017 for the event which was to take place on 4 March 2017. This did not allow time for printing, error's or delivery and left me having to find another company within 5 weeks!!
Poor business practice.
