“Excellent customer service and product. Thomas was very quick to respond to our request to place another order of pencils with our school logo on. He had all the details and artwork of our previous order, which he emailed to me straight away and the pencils were delivered to us in 2 weeks. The whole process from ordering to finished product is excellent. We would definitely recommend Gopromotional Products and will happily use them again in the future.”

“We ordered some promotional baubles for a charity event. We ordered them on a very tight deadline and Jacob helped us throughout the process. We had a small hiccup with delivery, where the delivery company were not going to deliver on time. However, Jacob helped us in getting them in time for the charity event. The product looks amazing, but the ability to contact somebody and work through issues effectively was where this company really stood out for me. thank you Jacob for your time and effort.
