Product was excellent but customer service was not good. The order was not processed when it was originally set through. We had to chase twice but we did manage to get delivery on time for the event. The price was very competitive and the quote was confirmed as fully inclusive but we were then sent an invoice with VAT added on. I have queried this twice but as yet not received an amended invoice.
We have also been sent 5 boxes of someone else's order!
A shame because the product is excellent.
