“I had a great experience with GoPromotional from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward, and the team was very responsive when I had questions about artwork and product options. They provided clear proofs before production, which gave me confidence everything would look right. The final products arrived on time and the print quality was excellent — exactly as approved. The items felt high quality and professionally finished, and they’ve gone down really well with our team and clients. Overall, a smooth and reliable service. I’d definitely use GoPromotional again for future branded merchandise.”

“We recently ordered 72 branded mugs from Gopromotional and I just wanted to leave a review to say how impressed we were with Tom and his team. The mugs arrived quickly and the overall service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, friendly and efficient, which made the whole process really straightforward. Unfortunately there was a small amount of damage to 3 mugs caused during transit, but the team responded immediately and dealt with it promptly and professionally. It was all resolved with no fuss, which we really appreciated. We’ve used Gopromotional before and once again they didn’t disappoint. We won’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Highly recommend!”
