“Very efficient service and supply good quality products. From making enquiry about what we required to taking delivery nothing was a problem. Jacob dealt with the order and even via email he comes across as very personable and interested in our order. We will definitely use the company in the future.”

“Received incorrect rulers. Rulers that we received are not as described or pictured in agreed to artwork. Finding it extremely difficult and frustrating to get this issue resolved. We received transparent rulers that can be folded the quality is so poor and flimsy. We ordered white plastic rulers. Had this exact same issue when ordered from Thomas Riley in August 2024 but against my better judgement ordered again from this company. Will not be using this company again as customer service is appalling.”
