The service from Tom was great, however, I had ordered branded pens in Aqua and the colour that arrived looked totally different to the one online. Instead of Aqua, I got normal blue pens which are useless to me now, so I will not be ordering from Gopromotional again as it's a lot of money spent on promotional material when you're not really getting what you ordered. I was told the print was in aqua but as you can see from the pictures, it's really not.

Our logo on the pen is far too small and looks absolutely ridiculous. The after sale service was very poor and treated as a transaction and nothing more...robotic service!

I have been very disappointed with the lack of information regarding delivery status. We had a date abet estimated on on our invoice, never thought to check before hand as the rest of the order had met the date stated. I had to chase for an update and they are very slow to respond. Account Manager on holiday however even when she came back no information and after a number of phone calls still no information of tracking or delivery status. Still haven't heard from her! Apparently that's the aftersales department. So why not transfer me or give me a contact number for that department?? Seems that once they have your order, its cheerio, I'm not interested.

The initial sales process went smoothly however when I checked in to see if our pens were being delivered on the expected delivery date, it was only then that they realised their supplier hadn't processed the order (although the supplier apparently acknowledged the order). I know they deal with large numbers of orders but hopefully they'll develop better checks within the process to avoid this disappointing scenario.

Very impressed with details until it was disclosed on our pro format invoice that our despatch date was going to be on our last possible delivery date. We had previously mentioned the date we needed them to arrive so we can’t understand why it suddenly became a problem. Fortunately a local company rescued us.

Cups was not good quality half was scratched into print and will damage easy, plus tried to hide damaged ones in middle of the box. Black not strong in back ground more of very dark grey. Could done better with own sublimation printer. Pens the print was very small and asked for gold print and got black that you can’t see the logo very well, small in size. Luggage tags still waiting have not arrived, don’t know when? So judgement waiting.

The product ordered was initself excellent, unfortunately the delivery experience was far from satisfactory. Order online with all the delivery info correct the dispatchers at GoPromotional entered the wrong address on the delivery information to the courier, this meant a missed delivery.

Good initial call. They sent over a quote. I replied. The issues then began: - Waited 2 weeks, but no reply. Emailed again, still no reply. - I phoned. Initially no answer. I had to phone several times before receiving any email reply. - I asked for quotes on 500, they gave me quotes for 250. - They then proposed to charge 2 delivery fees of £23-£24 each for 2 products (within the same order), which seemed rather strange to me. - Finally, the website says "5 day turnaround" on my particular products, but actually... its 10 days! Overall, not had a great experience.

Go Promotional is not expensive in terms of money that you pay for the products but is expensive in terms of money/quality/timings ratio. The customer is the one that has to keep asking for the status of the order, even when is delayed. So don't trust their estimated timings. There were several errors that delayed our order placement: - We had several emails back and forth with two go promotional employees about the same product, that was listed on their website. And when we went to place the order we were told that it wasn't available and it wasn't going to be available. So we waisted a lot of time creating designs (as we wanted to have the designs done inhouse) for products that they knew that weren't available. - When we sent our designs for production, the designs were amended and sent back to us with no reason why the designs were changed. We had to ask why that was the case. - There was more than one error with the the invoice. Overcharge on the delivery charge, that when reported to go promotional not even a appology was said. Undercharge with one of the products that we ordered due to not being included pantone colour. All these invoice errors dayled our order due to have to continuously ask for approval of the invoice amount to the finance department. Bottom line, lack of information to the client and average customer service. Go Promotional replies quickly to emails but with the back and fourth with the issues described above does it really worth it? That's for you to decide.

We bought a few items from them. Some were fine, others were poor quality. The challenges we faced were:- 1. Some items were delivered to the wrong location and it was back and forth on courier not turning up when schedules were made and confirmed by them. Some items we had to arrange delivery ourselves. 2. Some items were very poor quality and they refused to refund in full and offered to redo using another method but we had to pay for it again and another option was refund a very small amount which was not even half of what we paid. We will not be using your services again.

This would've been a 5 star review apart from they got one item completely wrong. I ordered a notebook and automatic pencil with my logo on. The notebook was spot on but they printed up ball point pens when I informed them of their mistake they did supply me with 100 automatic pencils but with an illegible logo in white. What made the situation really annoying is once I told them of their second error the sales rep just went dark which is the worst thing for any business to handle customers. Needless to say they will not be getting any repeat business from me.

After being sent a batch of faulty cups (the print came off after 1 wash with soap and water) I agreed to send them back for "testing". Upon not being able to remove further print from the already ruined cup it was then deemed fit for purpose and insinuated that I was lying about the washing method! The employee "looking after me" them proceeded to ignore me upon providing video evidence of the washing process and the outcome on a completely different cup. Needless to say this still isn't resolved and I am hundreds of pounds down!

Unfortunately product visualisation of logo on pen prior to ordering was not the same as the actual pen when printed. Would not use GoPromotional again as they made no offer to resolve the issue. To be honest I would have been happy even if it was just a token offer.

I did not find you very helpful in general from my initial experience was disappointing - delays in getting responses back from email. I went with another company who sorted out problem in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.

To begin, GoPromotional had prompt service, which we appreciated on such a short timeline. However, our bags missed production, which resulted in us missing the deadline for our conference.

All was going well with my order of 1000 water bottles.. Tom had been very helpful with artwork and he was good at responding quickly. Three days before delivery was due (a date that had been agreed for a few weeks) and was for a charity event with a specific date, I got a call to say the printers had made an error with the printing. That was when the wheels came off the customer service as had to wait until the next day to see what the error looked like. Agreed it could still go ahead as the other option was for them to start again and they would then not be ready on time. It was a layout issue. Was assured delivery would still be the same day. Spent all of delivery day (a Friday) trying to find out if they had been dispatched but Tom couldn't provide the promised tracking information. Finally at 4pm after a few complaining emails about their customer service, I got a phone call to say they wouldn't be arriving that day. Eventually they turned up late Monday afternoon, although I had then been told to expect them on Tuesday. Lots of inconvenience and frustration all round for many people!!!! Product itself was fine. Would think twice before using Go Promotional again!

Was originally given a delivery date which then changed when it was too late to look at other suppliers. Firstly told they would be delivered after the date we needed them for, Amir then managed to find another supplier and gave us a date of 2 days in advance of the conference, they never turned up. Told it would be the next day and was given excuses and fob offs all day as to the whereabouts. They finally arrived at 10:30pm the night before the conference which started at 8am the following morning. Also the 400 ordered where short - deffo not 400! In short not good at all!!!!
