We recently received company hats , while the service was good the quality was not. Stitching was extremely poor on our hats you can barely read the white stitching and loose threads also

Awful service. The keyrings were not printed as per the artwork proof and a box of the keyrings went missing and they're blaming the delivery company instead of addressing the issue themselves. I have not heard anything in regards to when I will be receiving the missing box of keyrings. I will never be using this company again

Order still not here (now 3 days late) ordered in good faith the items would be here for my event. Go Promotional not interested as I've already been paid for items and blame just couriers.

Promised a delivery date then failed to meet this. Didn't even contact us to tell us I had to chase them up. Left us without bottles for our biggest event of the year.

We constantly had to chase up our delivery which was late and chaotic. We had one order but it arrived at three different times. No communication from the company at all. Very poor customer service.

AWFUL. Ordered branded merchandise but they took it upon themselves to change the logo colour as they saw fit. Appalling after service. One to avoid.

I was very disappointed with the service that I received from this organisation. I was told that the product would be received within 5 to 7 days but it took over 2 weeks.

I specified when I needed to have my products for at the time of placing the order, and ordered 3 weeks in advance. The delivery date came and went and only when I followed up, did they inform me that the order could not be delivered in time. These were personalised items to go into hampers for people that our charity are supporting. So very disappointing, and left me with less than 24 hours to find some sort of replacement. Would not recommend.

They sent 150 notebooks with a mistake to our company. No-one picked up the mistake which had been entered incorrectly by GoPromotional and no apologies were given. We had 150 branded notebooks that we couldn't use and they couldn't replace them unless we paid a crazy amount again. We missed the mistake but I would of thought after us sending the correct artwork, this would not have happened. Stay clear of this company! Terrible customer service and wasted money for us.

Order discussed at length with sales representative who advised on appropriate specifics of what we wanted. When the order was raised, there was little information to it and it manifested that what we requested had not correctly transpired into the order prepared. When this issue was raised to the GP team (and moreover our limited understanding of their product and reliance placed upon their sales team and their expertise), they were inflexible regarding any responsibility or understanding towards our concerns and the issues we had with the poor quality of the goods and service received. As a business owner, i would suggest that other business owners look elsewhere for better product and service as the capability of the staff and service along with the calibre of the goods received in my opinion is questionable.

I placed an order for 2000 carrier bags and when I chased it up after not hearing anything for a month I was told that the colour I had ordered wasn't available. This meant that I had to cancel the order and will be looking elsewhere.

We had an AWFUL experience ordering products via GoPromotional. The worst customer service I have every experienced from any company. I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled to in this instance to warn others. We ordered some branded bags for school children (as a thank you for their help with an event) back on 22 March with an urgent turnaround and a promise of delivery by 28th March. They weren't delivered to them until 26 May!! I had no updates, no apologies, no refund (except for the extra delivery charge I paid for the urgent delivery which I had to push for) and had to constantly call them for any information as they did not get back to me with any updates. They were not proactive or apologetic in the slightest. They simply blamed external suppliers and would not take any responsibility. In the end I had to insist upon and organise a final courier delivery myself. I was so embarrassed for our school customer, and in particular for the school children who had been promised their bags before the Easter holidays and did not receive them until after the May half term! If I had known it would take so long, I would have insisted on a full refund at the outset and gone elsewhere, when they messed up on the first delivery - easier said in hindsight. Even now, after this experience I have heard nothing further from them, no apology, refund etc. I run a business myself and would be appalled if any customer of mine was treated in this way. Warning to others - avoid at all costs!!

We ordered a specific model of mugs but received a smaller and lower quality one with no explanation or warning. Topaz feels cheap and is extra light and small with sharp rim. 3 days of back and forth and still no clear answer as to what the company will do to rectify this. Having to email and call several times a day. We ordered a specific model because it is a tradition for our recipients to receive that special one at a ceremony each year. This is so disappointing. Complete lack of consideration for the customer.

Ordered some water bottles. We explained a deadline when the items were needed and we agreed a package with a turnaround time that supported this. Items never arrived, was told the courier had lost it, never got any tracking number despite asking for this. Items were over a week late from the deadline and it took me to contact them to query where they were several times. Asked for a refund and they refused. Got items a week later (past our event we planned to use them). Rubbish customer service, didn't understand our needs. Won't be using again.

We ordered fleece tops and woolen hats, with agreed logo embroidery, colors and number. After order it all started going wrong; logo details changed due to embroidery issues, hat order changed due to color issues and we still await the fleeces, which have supposedly attempted delivery 2 times but zero time given to answering the door before back to the van. I would not use these guys again, promise the earth, deliver half and make you wait / chase / go and get yourself maybe... still not got the fleeces. Suggest you find another supplier or be prepared for disappointment and running around.

I ordered notebooks, they were not printed as requested. I was told they would be collected and reprinted. this has not happened, the sales agent is not answering my emails but I keep getting emails asking for me to buy more products. I am extreamly disapointed with the service.

Ordered products, agreed price, chased 2 weeks later to be told the items aren't in stock and they can't meet our deadline. Ruined our expo as no promo giveaways! My advice is to avoid them.
