“I've ordered before and was quite happy until now. However, this time around it took a while to get the item sent. Feels like if I didn't ask what was going on, the item might have not been sent at all. The helpdesk team was helpful though, and after I contacted them, the things were set in motion. I was just hoping for a more speedy delivery, similar to other shops like END. or MHL. As of writing that review, I'm still waiting for the item...almost 2 weeks.”

“My first experience with a purchase from Goodhood went flawlessly. I was impressed with the ease of online ordering, the efficiency with the process of ordering and the accuracy. I did not even realize that it was an international shipped order as the website presented in my national currency. I received the goods very quickly. The order was exact and well packaged. I will order again from this small independent company.”

“First time purchasing from goodhood and not the best of experiences. Item had been sent out damaged so no quality control. After receiving the broken items and making contact several times including pictures of the damaged contents I heard nothing back so asked PayPal to step in to refund me which they did. A guy called Ben from Goodhood then got intouch offering his apologies and offered me a good will gesture of discount off a next purchase. No thanks and won’t be making abother purchase.”

“"I only received one of the two items I ordered, despite the tote bag still showing as in stock. I contacted customer service via email but never received a response. Instead, I was issued a $17 discount/refund, which seems to have been for the missing tote bag, not for the inconvenience caused. This was disappointing, as these items were meant to be a gift, and the delay—nearly a month—meant I couldn’t present them on time. I shop here often, but this experience was far from satisfactory."”
