While I know the brand of the clothing I purchased pays zero attention to packaging, it's unacceptable for a boutique of your reputation to slap a high-value item into a box with no inner protection or at least a decent presentation. This could've easily been alleviated with something primitive, like tissue paper. I regret not buying the item from any of your competitors, so I suggest a reality check as a customer of 6-7-odd years who will not make another GH purchase, probably ever.

I love Goodhood but I’d ordered a gift online which wasn’t quite right and when I went to return it, I was already outside of the two week return policy. A two week return policy leaves little room for deciding and returning an item.

The store is cool and all but the loyalty program feels a little off. It’s still cool though, it looks nice to accumulate points but you can’t really use them.

I ordered something pretty expensive and no one thought it was a good idea to let me know there was an issue with my order until I decided to email 2 weeks later asking for an update. Turned out the item I purchased wasn’t actually in stock, but they decided to take my money and not say anything. I’d expect this from a big company, not a small one of 40 staff.

Charged an expensive delivery fee (no option for standard delivery, only express) but shipped the product late, making it a waste of money. You then ignored my email pointing this out. If i was having a Karen moment I'd say - offer a standard delivery fee if you can't process orders on time or reply to customer emails.

Nice website and products but customer service was so frustrating to deal with compared to bigger sites like End, Mr P, Represent etc. Will avoid in future.

Went into the store to order and collect from store. The store failed to email me when the item had arrived. Waited over a week and had to chase, only to be told the item had been received at the store the day after I ordered it! Not the best intro to Goodhood.

Been regularly shopping at Goodhood for the past 15 years and it’s always been a pleasure. Some of the new staff you’ve got recently are so unhelpful and disinterested that its actually become quite an unpleasant experience to shop in store. Not all the staff thankfully but you need to address it.

Pretty disappointed, ordered two items and paid for next day delivery. Only one item came and upon talking to customer services, I was informed the other hadn’t even been processed. I was told the delivery charge would be refunded but would not trust again.

Disappointing experience. Ordered a t-shirt. Received an email after 2 days stating delays due to high order demand. 3 days later another email thanking me for waiting and at the same time a refund notification. I am Assuming this means my order has been cancelled. It’s disappointing to be let Down with a purchase but made more so by the lack of exemption clear communication. I have had a similar experience before and will likely avoid in future.

Thought the delivery charge was a bit high but was okay with it. Lack of free returns is really disappointing. Returns process wasn’t simple either.

Their items are too expensive. I like to find the items that I like and find them cheaper elsewhere. Also they don’t stock my shoe size (size 12).

I have been a very regular shopper at Goodhood for a few years until very recently. I would purchase a couple of items a month at least. A while ago I reached the insider level of their loyalty scheme having spent over £1k in the past 12 months, but have since stopped shopping with Goodhood due to being misled about the benefits and the follow-up interactions I had with their customer service team. Specifically, the website and the email received state that at the Insider level, you will receive a £50 voucher. However, after being unable to use the voucher online or in store, the customer service team told me (after 2 weeks) that the voucher requires a min spend of £100. This is not mentioned anywhere in the t&cs online or in email. When I challenged customer service with this and showed them the email I received, they effectively told me tough luck and refused to escalate it beyond the person dealing with the email. So I am now actively choosing other retailers to shop with and have taken my money elsewhere. Btw, the site still states at insider level you get a £50 voucher with no stipulations mentioned on the account page, or in the help section FAQs.

I purchased this item before going away on holiday for two weeks. They were there when I got home but unfortunately they had been wrongly listed as size ‘S’ on the website. In fact, they were size ‘5’ based on Folks standard numbered sizing. So, there actually XL and did not fit me. As your returns is only 14 days I can’t return them so overall I’m not at all happy with the customer service here.

Afraid I can't go through the hassle of ordering from these guys anymore. 4 of my last 7 orders have either been the wrong item, or damaged, and I've had to return them. No discount codes or anything else are ever offered. The last order I made, the site said delivery was delayed, then nothing else for 4 days. When I chased I was told they didn't have the item in stock. They have a nice selection on their site but you're better off buying direct from the brands.

For some reason I could not get this parcel delivered to my home address it was collection or pick up from a DPD point only. My parcel arrived at the DPD point however DPD did not issue me with a QR code and as such the store would not release my parcel. I tried to contact DPD with no luck initially, I also contacted GoodHood and had no response. After an hour on the phone and several trips to the store the parcel was finally released but it took up so much of my time to sort! I will not be buying from you again.

These smell absolutely amazing, the product itself is excellent. But I was shocked by the amount of packaging that they were delivered in. They could have easily been sent in a reinforced envelope, but arrived in something bigger than a shoe box filled with plastic wrap. It seemed a little bit tone deaf in todays climate
