“I've been reading the Good Life Letter for ages and enjoy Ray's friendly and personal approach and his passion for his subject. Yes he's trying to sell things but he's not pushy about it! I have only recently bought products. I was persuaded that Krill Oil would be better for me and the planet than the cod liver oil and glucosamine sulphate that I had been taking for years for arthritis. However the label concentrated more on the benefits for the heart than for joints so I made an enquiry about another product in the shop which I was told has recently been discontinued. Other products were recommended but for the moment I'm sticking with a daily combination of Krill oil, vitamin D and collagen.”

“As a Newsletter subscriber for many years, I look forward every week to reading Ray Collin's common sense approach to health and his recommendations for products for a wide range of uses from health supplements, quality teas and natural laundry products. I stopped buying laundry detergent years ago and my wash is is clean and fresh. “I think that on the whole the advice is very good and I am always interested in anything which improves one's health. However, I also think that it is important to clarify if a product is not compatible to medication already being taken, as this is often overlooked, and can be dangerous. Thus far, I have fund Ray's advice helpful but not always as effective as he claims. eg I have a constant cough, and the mixture recommended did not make any difference. I bought some tea, but it tasted horrible and I want to return it. I am now using some tabs which I hope will improve my energy levels and general well being, but as I am on a cocktail of other medication, I have to be careful. I am not knocking the Good Life letter because there are some very useful tips, especially about natural products, like lemons, and you can't buy everything recommended. But you need to be a bit selective, and especially take note of anything by remote scholarship.”
