“I am relatively new to the Good Life Letter, but my experience of them is very positive. The goods arrive quickly and are well-packaged. On the one occasion when a product I had ordered did not arrive, they rang me to apologise, and explained that the product had been held up in transit from their suppliers. Very good service!”

“At the risk of looking an idiot, I found the old purchasing site difficult and usually gave up. With the new site, I managed to purchase an item on my first attempt. Writing this review however, is another story! It doesn't like what I'm saying? or maybe how?”
