“This newsletter is not only informative but also humerous, so it looks after your mental as well as physical health. It's good to know someone has already done all the painstaking research for you and delivers it in a no-nonsense way”

We try not to tell Ray that people find his style humerous as it may tempt him into writing even more of his 'jokes' into the newsletter... we promise you no-one deserves that! Many of the natural remedies we supply are especially packaged to allow them to be posted through the mail box, but this is not always possible. We are working with our delivery parthers at Royal Mail to improve the tracking options as you suggest after launching our new shop recently. Watch this space, as they say!
