Thanks for the feedback about the Good Life Letter. We have had a few problems with deliveries in the recent past. These were initially due to COVID restrictions operating within the delivery mechanisms and companies. Over the last few weeks, the decision of the Royal Mail to close offices and depots due to the extreme heat also saw delays in deliveries. Under normal circumstances, our packages get delivered within 2 working days of ordering.

Many thanks for the feedback. There have been some challenges in all of the delivery companies operating in the UK, initially as a result of COVID restrictions, but latterly as a result of the very hot weather which saw many companies close their offices - this included the Royal Mail where all of their sorting offices closed for several days. We use a Royal Mail 48-hour service and the majority of our packages do get delivered well within this timescale.
