“My wife and I enjoy the Good Life Letter and find the new site good to access, and also Ray's usually humorous letter opening to lead into items he has been looking at suggesting items to aid one's ailments. I have over a period purchased several items and found that delivery is very quick. On the occasion under guarantee for a refund if not satisfied, I have received a prompt refund. Many thanks.”

“My orders are standing orders so I do not deal with the ordering at all. I get notice of when my goods are due and they are delivered a few days later. I find this system very convenient. The parcels are well packed and I have never received a damaged parcels. If I have to phone the shop I have always been treated politely and respecfully.”

Many thanks for your comments. The Good Life Letter has been written by Ray Collins since 2005 and operates as a small team alongside a publisher in Leamington Spa. We strive to find the best natural remedies and supplements that we can and whilst we do make a profit to cover our costs and provide an income, we are far from a multi-national business!

“The letters are interesting, but too frequent - I can't keep up with it all, especially when every one gets DUPLICATED - that really drives me mad! Once a week is quite enough otherwise everything becomes so confused and easily overlooked in my in box. Because of this I have been tempted to stop them coming!”

It is a very hard balance to strike between those who want to have more and more information and those who would prefer to take a bit more time to read and digest what Ray has written. The repeat letters are automatically sent to anyone who hadn't opened the original (on the assumption that something went wrong in delivery) so you can stop this by just clicking to open the mail even if you don't read it. We would hate to be a burden on you and wouldn't want you to miss out on the advice and information Ray writes about, so please stay with us... you really don't have to read each letter, we really won't be upset!
