“I am very pleased to write a short review of the Good Life Letter and the products sold. I love Ray's letter, full of information, advice and humour. His comments are very relevant and useful and I am constantly learning about the body and how best to keep healthy. I have Ray's books 'The Spice Healer' and 'The Lemon Book' and find the recipes and hints extremely useful. All of the products are first-class but I especially love the 'Together' range and the 'Multi-Boost' - and the Advance 7 is just wonderful for sore joints. I often send to a friend in New Zealand and am just about to make a further order of this effective topical cream. From me it's 10 out of 10. And thanks, Ray, for a wonderful service.”

We are so sorry that you haven't received your order, please contact us at goodlife@oxonpress.co.uk and we will resolve this for you. As you will see from other comments this is a very unusual situation and most orders are received within 2-3 days, but issues with the postal service recently have caused some disruption.

Having investigated your missed delivery it appears that the Royal Mail attempted to deliver on the 3rd October 2022 but there wasn't anyone to receive the pack, thus you would need to contact them through their Track and Trace service to rebook the delivery. Please contact us on the email previously given if you need the tracking number for your package.

Every so often we do make genuine mistakes, especially when things get busy... there are only a few of us in the company. The capsules originate in Germany and we have to over label them before dispatch with English labels, clearly this was not done in your original order... and then we made the mistake of sending a different product lable to you. Our most heartfelt apologies.

“I love the Good Life Letter but I have to express disappointment with the breathe-free salt inhaler. Basically, who is going to sit for 20 - or even 10 - minutes holding the applicator up one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed with the other hand? When I read that it was a new design I assumed that this difficulty had been overcome but as far as I could see it was the same as the one I bought about two years ago. I have not been able to ascertain the efficacity of the treatment, much as I should like to, because I have been unable to follow the instructions for long enough. 20 minutes is a very long time to hold everything in position and do nothing else (because you can’t even hold a book and turn the pages) and I defy anyone to do it. Sorry.”

Thank you so much for the feedback on using the Inhalo Salt Inhaler, we're sorry that you are finding it a struggle to use for the prescribed time. The recommendation on the pack is really for those with a respiratory condition that needs to be managed and contained, however, for day-to-day use we would suggest using it for three to five deep breaths each day. This will draw the salt deep into the lungs and help control common breathing conditions.
