Over the years there have been occasions when trying to order on line has been problematic (particularly since we moved to France). Perhaps the revamped site was to blame for recent issues of being able to log in and create a basket one day, but not to be able to do so the following day when I wanted to place my order, it seems I am now a new customer as that was the only way to place my order.”

I aim to order vitamin c to get her with vitamin d3 as recently recommended recently to protect me and my mother from covid-19. They are good quality products and have been very satisfied with them. “I bought the ear wax spray which is excellent , but then i bought the Higher Nature Thyroid supplement and i can't say it has done anything at all, not sure can i ask for money back ? but wouldn't buy again, interesting read the letter but maybe twice a week would be enough”
