Many thanks for the feedback. From time to time there may be other suppliers who can offer a better price, but we always try to be the keenest in the market. By buying through the Good Life Shop you will always find a better proce than the big selling sites as anyone selling on there will be charged a fee for the sale... we don't have to worry about that on our own shop!

“I find the service unbeatable when ordering goods, but I don't necessarily enjoy all the goods eg I ordered some tea but it was not to my taste, and want to return it. Also, please check that you can use the goods you recommend with all medications.”

We offer a no quibble 35 day money back offer for anything that is bought from the Good Life Shop, this holds even if you have used some or all of the product then decide it is not for you. Whilst Ray takes every effort to give as much information as he can for the natural remedies he offers, it isn't possible to cross check them against the thousands of prescription medications provided in the UK. His advice is always to check with a medical professional before using anything other than what they have prescribed.

Ray has spent many years researching and writing about natural remedies and a different approach to well being, and tries very hard to make the newsletters as informative as possible, but written in an approachable style - he will be thrilled that you enjoy them so much.

“I think that on the whole the advice is very good and I am always interested in anything which improves one's health. However, I also think that it is important to clarify if a product is not compatible to medication already being taken, as this is often overlooked, and can be dangerous. Thus far, I have fund Ray's advice helpful but not always as effective as he claims. eg I have a constant cough, and the mixture recommended did not make any difference. I bought some tea, but it tasted horrible and I want to return it. I am now using some tabs which I hope will improve my energy levels and general well being, but as I am on a cocktail of other medication, I have to be careful. I am not knocking the Good Life letter because there are some very useful tips, especially about natural products, like lemons, and you can't buy everything recommended. But you need to be a bit selective, and especially take note of anything by remote scholarship.”

“As ever it is something to lighten one's day as well as providing useful information about products. It is good to have an honest approach to looking after one's health. Just sorry that we missed out receiving the letters due to the change of website - we failed to get to grips with what was required of us so an ongoing order stopped and we have only just got that sorted and the letters are coming through again!”

“I bought quite a few items including soap nuts and liquid. I’m just recovering from shingles and was aware that even using non bio washing powder my skin was still irritated. It’s too soon to give a valid verdict on the soap nuts at this date but I’ll continue to use them. I’m extremely interested in making my own insecticide with the liquid and hope that the garden will look healthier and colourful. “Have given a good as in the past as my FXSILICA tubes have always been good and delivered quickly. However my just recent try of OTOSAN Spray delivered okay as usual, but the product gave me with ear ache over three days and for me the product is not fit for purpose. In this context l can only say be careful. Ken Francis.”

Many thanks for the review. We are a relatively small company so don't have the buying power of some of the bigger players in the market, however, we always source the highest quality products tht we can and avoid any non natural ingredients. This is especially the case for things like vitamin supplements where many cheap options have synthesised compounds in them, whereas ours are all derived from fruit, vegetables and natural mineral deposits.
