I receive my monthly order on time! I remember previous years when I received one e-mail a week, now it seems to be every day!

Many thanks for your feedback. Ray has always tried to meet the requirements of his readers and he has had so many people asking him to send out more information on a regular basis... ...naturally for some this means that there are several newsletters a week, as new topics arise. We have also implemented a way to fix problems with newsletters not being received which is a check to see if they get opened and where not another copy is sent. It may be that if you don't click on the email in the inbox (please don't feeel that you have to read each one, just those that appeal to you) you might get a resend of the same newsletter. It is our sincere hope that you continue to enjoy the Good Life Letter and read those which offer interest for you in the same way that you would not read every story in a newspaper, Ray takes no offence!

Many thanks for the honest feedback, we appreciate it. Ray is a little old school in his approach to writing newsletters which can lead to a slightly longer piece than is totally necessary but he also loves to share all of the information he has been able to find and give his readers a chance to understand why he thinks its important. Included in the letter are usually a few bullet points at the start which have a link to the natural remedy or supplement he is discussing if you want a quicker point of access.
I have been following Ray for years now. Ray and his Good Life Letter have steered me in the right direction for a natural solution quite a few times in the past and I always have great faith in any product he recommends.

I like the Good Life letter as Ray tries to give a balanced view on a whole variety of subjects. I recently bought the coconut oil capsules, but it is too early yet to see if they are beneficial. I normally buy the krill oil capsules which I have found useful in helping to prevent a frozen shoulder which I suffered with during the winter for a number of years, but not at all since taking krill oil. Please get some back in stock ready for next Autumn/Winter.

Recently the supplier had a problem with the krill oil packaging which resulted in the capsules leaking in the post... not ideal! They are remanufacturing the capsules for us and we should have them back in stock soon. Our apologies for the delays.
I have found some very useful information reading this newsletter and have applied many of the tips to my life. It's good to have different perspectives on health and wellbeing. Thank you

We appreciate you honest review, and thank you for your open minded approach to natural remedies and supplements - rarely is any medication or supplement a quick fix. Often it takes time for our bodies to adapt and change, but by doing so they are much more resilient.
The letter is always humourous in its delivery, talking about personal situations and problems as well as giving possible ways to combat any problems that others may also be havong

I will not go into these now, rather I will raise the fact I emailed you about 2 weeks ago about a wash system, It was Terra something, and I have not had a reply. This concerns me. We are a small team but care greatly about our readers (as you will see from other comments and reviews). Ocassionally emails can go astray but any query is always dealt with once we are aware.
Note New Update Info Below previous review... Having moved from UK I appreciated being able to order from abroad still. Unfortunately I see today that this has been annoyingly stopped due to possible import taxes. (Which we are aware of and expect to incur possible charges). Previous orders have arrived in good time. However recent one not arrived yet and frustratingly can’t track it. I think the delay is due to ongoing Brexit problems but it would be good to see some information in regards to this. I couldn’t find anywhere on the website how to find out where my order could be - unlike other companies who enable you to track and get an indication when expected. I realise this is a new situation that is causing problems but not impressed that an order was taken if knowingly can’t deliver? Would be good if under these circumstances emails could at least keep customers informed, rather than having to continually check website. UPDATE: I have to say that I was contacted quickly in response to above problems and kindly emailed with information. Delighted to say I subsequently received my order and in the end was not actually charged any Import Tax on delivery (seems different countries are applying different rules!). Hopefully this will get sorted and once more I'll be able to place orders from abroad in future. Although initially frustrating, l have to give Credit to Customer Services Manager, Justin who was extremely helpful in dealing with this promptly. Very much appreciated. Thanks from a happy customer
