“I do find your letter very interesting but always seem to have problems ordering stuff and it never arrives without intervention by phone. A number is times things haven’t turned up which puts me off ordering from you. The last thing I have received from you is the manuka cough sweets.”

Hi Romney I'm really sorry you have had problems with your orders. If your have ordered something and it didn't arrive, just let us know and we'll send a replacment. I checked your Manuka Honey drops order and the payment failed, which is why they weren't sent. You should have recived an email regarding this.
