“Item arrived very swiftly with no hassle. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Good Life Letter, the item had been punctured by the carrier squashing it. The aroma is still escaping and hasn’t been quelled with a plentiful application of parcel tape! I will use them again for this item, however.”

“I enjoy the humour that is usually attention getting (especially with tales of Lara). One feels topics are well researched, more that I could bother. However, the sales pitch from the various vendors tend to be too long winded...and usually I have 'switched off' a product that might sound interesting initially.”

Many thanks for your honest feedback. The Good Life Letter team try to keep our prices down as far as we can but we insist on the very best natural remedies and supplements that are free from many cheap fillers and synthetic ingredients, which means that they are effective and highly bio-available. Value for money means that the choice you make will be absorbed in the body rather than excreted unused. In addition, as a small organisation we don't have the buying power or attract the volume break pricing that some of the bigger players benefit from. We do monitor similar products from other outlets, including Amazon, and maintain our prices against them where we can.

“Service from the shop is usually prompt and the products come with a ‘bomb proof’ no quibble refund policy if they don’t work for you. I know the refund policy works as I have used it more than once. It is actually the refund policy that generally keeps me going back to the Good Life Letter shop, particularly if I want to try out something for the first time. Many of the products on sale are at premium prices, but the ‘get results or a refund policy’ can’t really be free can it? I would whole heartedly recommend the Good Life Letter shop to anyone wanting to try out something for the first time. Don’t be frightened to collect a refund if your purchase doesn’t perform as claimed.”

“Very good prompt delivery as usual. I tried the bamboo foot patches for 10 days but unfortunately didn't notice any difference. I will still buy from Good Life Letter shop as their customer service is excellent.”
