I really haven’t noticed any difference as yet it’s only been a month so really can’t give you my opinion as yet I’m told these thins take time.

We appreciate you honest review, and thank you for your open minded approach to natural remedies and supplements - rarely is any medication or supplement a quick fix. Often it takes time for our bodies to adapt and change, but by doing so they are much more resilient.
The letter is always humourous in its delivery, talking about personal situations and problems as well as giving possible ways to combat any problems that others may also be havong

I really enjoy reading the newsletter, and have purchased a few products. I will not go into these now, rather I will raise the fact I emailed you about 2 weeks ago about a wash system, It was Terra something, and I have not had a reply. This concerns me. We are a small team but care greatly about our readers (as you will see from other comments and reviews). Ocassionally emails can go astray but any query is always dealt with once we are aware.
Note New Update Info Below previous review... Having moved from UK I appreciated being able to order from abroad still. Unfortunately I see today that this has been annoyingly stopped due to possible import taxes. (Which we are aware of and expect to incur possible charges). Previous orders have arrived in good time. However recent one not arrived yet and frustratingly can’t track it. I think the delay is due to ongoing Brexit problems but it would be good to see some information in regards to this. I couldn’t find anywhere on the website how to find out where my order could be - unlike other companies who enable you to track and get an indication when expected. I realise this is a new situation that is causing problems but not impressed that an order was taken if knowingly can’t deliver? Would be good if under these circumstances emails could at least keep customers informed, rather than having to continually check website. UPDATE: I have to say that I was contacted quickly in response to above problems and kindly emailed with information. Delighted to say I subsequently received my order and in the end was not actually charged any Import Tax on delivery (seems different countries are applying different rules!). Hopefully this will get sorted and once more I'll be able to place orders from abroad in future. Although initially frustrating, l have to give Credit to Customer Services Manager, Justin who was extremely helpful in dealing with this promptly. Very much appreciated. Thanks from a happy customer

Hopefully this situation will resolve quickly as it isn't the level of service we want to provide to our readers, but alsdo as a small organisation we cannot afford to have lots of orders being lost or delayed in the delivery mechanism. Once again our apologies and please be assured we are working as hard as we can to fix this issue.
Good to be able to rely on an independent source of well researched information. I have used many of the products over the years. Sometimes the content is a little repetitive, but as a long term reader of the Good Life Letter I'm willing to let that slip as I know new subscribers will benefit.

Naturally we are very sorry that the Krill Oil was a faulty product and we have been in contact with the supplier to try to rectify this problem. Having been in contact with us today we hope the full refund we have provided is acceptable as we are grateful for you bearing with us in this issue which has caused a few problems for our readers. We are a very small team and always try to do the very best for our readers and it is never our intention to prolong problems or cause any distress. In this case we were awaiting a support call from the supplier, but we will give a full refund to anyone who has been similarly affected. Please contact us for more details.
They don’t leave an after taste but unfortunately the tablets are not nice to handle as both jars must have a leaking tablet and all tablets are covered in the oil.

Always informative and often amusing the Good Life Letter satisfies the hypochondriac in me and will often prompt further reading. I do take some supplements and have bought the occasional book from the shop - Ray's own being the better ones amongst them. It lightens the day when read while having a coffee.
