“Not sure if the new format is any better or worse than the old as I do not go on the site that often. however, it was fairly easy to use and the product I ordered came quite quickly. Julia.”

“The customer service provided has always been good in my experience - swift and accurate and including a useful link to the Royal Mail for tracking. On the most recent occasion it wasn’t as straightforward to place an order online as it usually is, although I got there in the end after a few tries. A general email received a few days later advised and apologised for some technical difficulties that had since been corrected.”

“I have bought quite a few things from The Good Life Letter over a period of time. I have always found their postal times to be very swift. Packaging is good as protects without being over the top & usually eco friendly. Products have always been of good quality. I’ve never had a problem so not had to contact customer services, but feel they’d be good. I also love the free postage if over £15 I think it is. I particularly love the way their products are natural without the dreaded toxins in most shop bought items.”

“I enjoy reading The Good Life Letter and occasionally buy items which I think might be helpful. Ordering is easy and deliveries are prompt. I have been impressed with what I've bought so far. I recently purchased some Advance 7 cream which has proved very useful for my stiff joints and muscles. It works very well and helps movement much better than before. Although my budget is tight, I will order more when needed.”
