“Not happy they’ve signed me up to a subscription to get an order every three month. I don’t want a delivery every three months. I cannot find any contact details for this one in Leamington England. I will cancel with my bank. Why no contact details apart from the address. Are customers expected to write a letter.”

Hi, I'm really sorry that you haven't enjoyed ordering from us, but I'm a little confused about your comments. The order options, one-off purchase or subscription, are set by you when the order is placed, nothing is pre-selected, so you must have accidently selected the three-month option. Our phone number and a contact form are on the 'contact us' page on the website and you can reply to any email sent by us. Please use one of these options if you would like us to cancel your subscription. Regards Dave

“Buying made simple. It is always easy to buy from the Good Life Letter. Useful, factual, unbiased information backed up by brilliant service from the shop. Updates as to progress with delivery and then it appears through my letterbox exactly as promised. On the rare occasion something goes wrong I have received polite, timely apologies with a speedy remedy to the problem. What more could anyone ask for? (a spellchecker in this review box might help)”

“After several weeks I stiil have the prducc for retuen to you but his has never arrived. I cannot remember the product I rdered from yo as I do not keep records of me orders. Will you please send me the retirns postage paid envelope asap. Also would you supply me with the actual prodect that I ordered. This sort of event has never happend before although I have had many successful orders from you perviously.”
