“Received the gobos for my Chauvet Obsession HP very fast. Price for shipping abroad (to DK) is very high. I would have liked a cheaper (and slower) shipping-option. The gobos seem to work fine, though slightly thinner than the original ones from Chauvet. The thinner quality could mean that the gobos might be worn on the edges after several changeouts. Thumbs up to the fast and polite customer service!”

“The service I got from GoboPlus was excellent. The only issue was the added costs. The gobos cost €90.72 and there was €42 added for shipping and handling. Standard post would have been enough. Then on arrival in Ireland there was an additional €52 added for taxes. The effect of these two additional charges was to double the cost.”

“While I have yet to put the gobos I ordered to use, my only complaint is with the amount of time it took the items to arrive and the cost of shipping which was nearly the same price as one gobo, thereby contributing to nearly a third of the overall cost.”

“Both Goboes came at a reasonable time the love style Gobbo looks flawless and beautiful. The hearts one looks a little rough, but can pass as a rustic design I suppose.”

“Product is great but delivery cost is very expensive for a small envelope, Royal Mail would be cheaper and could be an option. Delivery is 50% of the cost of the gobo”

“Great selection of Gobos. Was able to choose easily. Had confirmation email from customer service/dispatch to ensure we had ordered the correct size and item arrived the very next day (I only paid for the “cheapest” postage which still seemed incredibly expensive at £10 hence why only 4 stars and not 5!!)”

“Great customer service and speedy delivery. However, customers outside of the EU should be made aware that they face import charges at checkout on the website. The gobo I purchased cost around €25 but I ended up paying over €50 between shipping and import fees.”

“The M gobos themselves are very good but the two Gobo holders for Pixapro that I ordered are not well finished with burrs on two sides at 180 degrees to each other. Also they are more like 85mm in diameter rather than 86mm, and are not quite thick enough, so that the gobo is not held in by friction and it can easily drop out the optical snoot if the snoot is rotated enough. The delivery packaging is not adequate. One of my M gobos was bent due to lack of adequate protection and rough handling at a DPD pickup point. A simple small cardboard box is what other cheaper gobo suppliers use within the outer envelope. I think at this price more robust protection should be provided.”
