“I had a VERY last-minute request from client for 5 gobos, with a very short lead time and comms happening over the weekend. This wasn’t an issue for GoboPlus who produced these and delivered on time! Very happy!”

Hi Michael, Sorry to hear this. We've checked our records with UPS and can see the item was delivered on the 15th and signed for by "Bob". Hi there James, Whilst we're a bit disheartened by the negative review, we appreciate your feedback! We simply strived to check your order details were correct, as A Size gobos are the most incorrectly ordered size we see. We asked you two questions: 1 - "Please could you confirm the lantern which you will be using. This is to make sure A size is the correct size required." 2 - When you responded we sought further clarity to avoid an incorrect order - "Please could you also advise if you have an A Size Gobo Holder, as this lantern/fixture can take both A and B size gobos." This process was taken to ensure you had the correct gobo size and avoid the need for urgent replacements. I apologise for the inconvenience that might have been caused from this process.
