“Great service BUT please consider putting a bit of card or something rigid in the envelope so that the thin metal of the gobo doesn’t bend! It seems so obvious! Thanks”

“I ordered 6 gobos for our Equinox Moving lights. These are not really mainstream fixtures, so I wasn't surprised to see they were not listed under the standard fixtures, but I put the "non-standard" gobo size (23.7mm) into my order, and in less than 3 days I had my custom size gobos delivered through the door. Now you really can't ask for more than that. I am super happy with the service, and the price is pretty fair too.”

Delivery is generally overnight; it is always very swift. “Great customer service and speedy delivery. However, customers outside of the EU should be made aware that they face import charges at checkout on the website. The gobo I purchased cost around €25 but I ended up paying over €50 between shipping and import fees.”

“Goboplus sent my order in two packages (error of their employee). Uk is no longer in the EU so you have to pay customs fees because I live in France. So I paid twice 50€ customs fees. I asked for a refund the custom fees and they accepted but suddenly they no longer respond to my emails. Why?”
