“I was initially a little disappointed and felt a little mislead by the turnaround estimations on the website, however, Emma the customer assistant I had an email chain with was great, empathetic and extremely helpful. Customer service was excellent. And the items did turn up in time which I was thrilled about. tweak the details on the website to include that for non standard pieces the turnaround time will be longer and I'd happily bump this up to full star rating. Thanks”

“I required clarification and telephoned. I could not have received a clearer or more helpful answer. I ordered some items to test quality, delivery etc and could not have been more satisfied. Now the problem is deciding what else to order from their very comprehensive catalogue.”

Hi Adam, sorry to hear your snowflake gobos were not what you were expecting. Sometimes it's tricky to fit the fine detail of some of our patterns onto the smaller sized gobos. We have however re-made these at no extra charge, and will ship today. I hope this will help. Many thanks, Vicky

“Very speedy delivery. However, I was not notified on what day my parcel will arrive and unfortunately missed it and had to travel to the nearest access point where it was left. It is really helpful to now if you are expecting a delivery before or on the day as you can plan your day accordingly to be available to receive your package. Quality of products is excellent”
