I was initially a little disappointed and felt a little mislead by the turnaround estimations on the website, however, Emma the customer assistant I had an email chain with was great, empathetic and extremely helpful. Customer service was excellent. And the items did turn up in time which I was thrilled about. tweak the details on the website to include that for non standard pieces the turnaround time will be longer and I'd happily bump this up to full star rating. Thanks
