“Never again!!!
I ordered razor blades at the end of January 2015 and I am still waiting for their arrival which was advertised to have taken place within 28 days. I have contacted gogroopie several times since and I am just being fobbed off with e-mails advising me that they have contacted the company direct and I will either receive an e-mail from them advising of delivery or receive the goods. I have also contacted the merchant direct without any luck. This has been going on since the beginning of March. I doubt that I will now receive my goods. I will never use this company again and would advise people to give any offers they are involved with a very wide berth.

“i have been using gogroopie for under a year and for the most part i have received my items. the reason i'm giving them a poor rating is for their customer service for when things don't turn up. back in september i ordered a pair of mp3 sunglasses. in november i ordered some razor blades, i also ordered some more in febuary. none of these items have turned up. i contacted customer services & they said i'm entitled to a refund if i want, considering the mp3 sunglasses were ordered 8 months ago then i think a refund would be the best option. since the chance for a refund e-mail was sent back in febuary i have heard nothing, i have sent e-mails asking for feadback & still nothing. to everyone who reads this please do not use this company, when it goes right they're fine, but when it goes wrong then they are about as useful as a chocolate kettle”

“I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a voucher for razor blades at the start of the year and then paid what I thought at the time to be a vastly over-priced P&P, however I figured this was just a way for the vendor to make a few extra pounds so went with it. Over a month and no delivery of the product. I tried to contact the vendor directly but needless to say despite many emails and hours trying to get through I got no response. I contacted GoGroopie and managed to speak to someone (a miracle I have not managed since despite being on their phone line supposedly in a queue for cumulatively a number of hours). I was told I would receive a refund which I would see within 5-7 days and would get a follow up email to confirm the conversation as they were aware of the issues with the vendor. Neither the email nor refund have been received and its been well over a month. I have tried to message the company many times since, hanging on their phone line, submitting my issues online, but nothing. This company is clearly a scam - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
As I was writing this I spoke to the company who told me my refund had been pending since the 6th March but had not gone through (no reason was given though). I have been promised I will receive my refund by Friday (I won't hold my breath!) however I have to go to PayPal to get a refund for the C.£5 P&P from the company who provided the product as they are unable to get hold of them. They should be vetting all companies they work with thoroughly and frankly should be handling the P&P for all vendors so that they can issue a full refund when they fail (as so many have found they do) in getting what you have paid for. I can't stress enough DO NOT USE GoGroope - imagine you had paid hundreds of pounds for one of their holiday breaks and this happened!!”

We bought a lot of items from go groupie for Christmas presents still not arrived tried & tried & tried to cancel & they keep saying because I did not pay any postage then I am not entitled to my goods nor my money back... I am sick of telling them I tried to pay postage but kept getting an error come up & would not let me pay any postage. But you can not keep £175:00 of "MY" Money from me just because postage wasn't paid... I am constantly having to argue with this company & get shoved from one person to the next. They don't reply to emails then say that the time limit for refunds has expired.
Also most of the items they sell can be bought cheaper off the internet without the extortionate hidden costs.

“Customer service is appalling. Ordered Gillette razor blades on 05/01/15. The voucher code they provided was not recognised. When I could not contact either supplier or Go groopie I sent an e mail cancelling the order on the 08/01/15.
When I had not received a response 9 days later I sent a further e mail. On the 21st I received a reply stating that I would receive a refund within 14 days. No refund was received therefore I sent a chaser. I received a reply on the 22/02/15 saying there had been a system fault and I would receive a refund in the next couple of days. They obviously hadn't fixed this alleged system fault as no refund was forthcoming.
As I had paid via Paypal thank god I was able to use their resolution service otherwise I am not sure I would have ever seen my money again.
This was the first and last time I will use Go Groopie.”
“My one and only experience with gogroopie has been shocking. I selected a product which was charged on my credit card; however i then didn't redeem the voucher and notified gogroopie through their cancellation process as per their website; however the money has not been refunded back to me. I have contacted their support mail repeatedly but still no refund. This has been going on for nearly 3 months now and they are now not responding to my e-mails. My experience has been truly appalling. I would not recommend this site to anyone.”
