“I ordered a selfie stick with blue tooth for my son birthday I ordered and paid the postage etc, however it says two to three weeks and this item have still not received, and it is over four weeks now and I mailed go groupie no response I called and had to wait 30 minutes on the phone. I was eventually answered by this very abrupt lady who cut me off when I complained that I had been waiting for 30 minutes to be answered and I mailed go groupie and had no response. shocking customer service please do not ordered from go groupie it is a spin off from Groupon and the customer service stinks. I have asked for a refund however I am not holding my breath. Please please do not ORDER FROM GO GO GROUPIE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE”
