“I have bought a voucher in November 2014. Never got the delivery. Complained at the beginning of December and it is still going backwards and forwards between the merchant, gogroopie and me. Even though I have a confirmation email from the merchant that they cannot trace the delivery and that I should contact gogroopie and get my money back gogroopie still didn't reimburse me. The worst service ever!”

“I bought two items that were never delivered on two occasions I was told by customer services that I would be refunded credits but no cash I have now been checking my account and calling the customer services number for more then two weeks all I get is a recorded message saying to find out more email them at gogroopie@customer services.co.uk. Then music starts playing and u hear nothing more I've been trying now for two weeks to call them and had no one answer the phone the last time I tried was today the 10th of April 2015 at 10 am I was still hanging on 10:30 with out any joy this is as scandalis as being an 0843 number I'm being charged for the call I am now thinking of getting my bank evolved”

“I am really disappointed with the lack of support we have received from GoGroopie.
I received the voucher for the Gillette razor blades unfortunately there is no clear instructions how to redeem the voucher. The link takes you back to the main website and no there is no way of using the voucher to get the razor blades.
I have emailed the support team but no response so far.
Very disappointing! Wont be using them again.
