“I have been trying since 11th November to get my money back from a bundle they took the payment twice as the first time their website wasn't responding. I emailed to notify them of the mistake and received an email back apologising and assuring me my money will be paid back in full within 14 working days... This of course has not happened.. I have sent numerous emails and on Monday I got a reply which actually just said 'hi there juliet' and that was it!! I went back and said you having a laugh?? Just give me my money muppets. I'm really upset about this as I am in no position to loose the money. Such a shame.. I'm off to trading standards also but who needs this crap!!! Just give us back whAts ours!!! For God sake!”

“I didn't get a voucher for the item I bought, so emailed them. They took ages to reply and claimed they could not find my order. I was asked to give them my voucher number, but how could I when I hadn't even received a voucher! I sent them umpteen emails after seeing that they had taken the money out of my account, but they have never bothered to reply. I will never, ever buy anything from GoGroopie again!”
“DISGUSTING I used this site and it sent me 7 vouchers when I only wanted 2, I've emailed 6 times now and had no reply they have taken 7 lots of money out my account when I've only redeemed the 2 and also sent the numbers back in the email, over £200 for 2 vouchers for 2x £34.99 I've now been to see a solicitor and trading standards, there quick enough to reply on here”

“Do NOT use go groupie!worst site I have ever used!they take your money, the voucher code doesn't work, and the company selling the item is just as bad! No one ever replies to me, I have sent several emails, been trying to call the company selling the item directly and it just rings....I have spoken to them once and was told it would be sent-that was 2 weeks ago! A complete joke, and try shouldn't be allowed to trade! I just wish I had seen these reviews first! Stick to groupon-they respond to you by enail and phone! A lesson I have learnt! My daughter will not have her birthday present now because of go groupie....thanks a bunch-try explaining that to an 8 year old!”
