“Bought a surprise getaway and received a voucher code that we were unable to use with the merchant. Have tried emailed go groupie many times and only received a couple of responses that were unhelpful. They finally offered a refund into my go groupie account to which I accepted and they still have not done this. I am now £178 down, and will be taking this further unless they sort themselves out. Avoid like Ebola!”
“Still no poppy, have asked for a refund they replied asking if I had paid postage! I already told the girl on the phone yesterday, sent another e mail today bi I am now going to trading standards no one is going to take my money and not send my order.
Fortunately I still have the correspondence saying the Poppy's were being dispatched etc etc of course they never were, would be in their interest to issue a refund and contact the suppliers but not lie to me and say it had been sent special delivery on Sat, they must think I'm a dim wit, we will see how trading standards handle this.”

“Bought an £8.99 voucher for Frozen Tutu on Friday 7th November but could not apply the voucher to make the purchase until Monday 10th. Did not intended to use Pay Pal just buy on my credit card but the purchase went through on Pay pal WITHOUT ALLOWING ME TO REDEEM THE VOUCHER. Have been onto PayPal and they said they would contact them and copy me in. They were trying to get my voucher money back but so far nothing. have now submitted 2 customer service tickets - one on 10th and one 13th Novemebr no response apart from 'they will get back to me as soon as possible' I have now spent £8.99 on voucher and £29.98 on erroneous transaction and absolutely no news of pending supply or offer of help. i have never had any problems before with online shopping and having read other reviews, think trading standards need to be contacted. All i want is my little Tutu for £8.99 plus postage but they just don't seem to care.
Have found a number 020 3510 0410 and am about to call it . Will give feed back if i get good news”

“Item ordered a month ago and still hasn't arrived. I emailed them and they said they'd look in to it. I heard nothing further so I emailed them again asking for a refund, they haven't responded. “Waiting a response after sending 2 emails regarding an order that I wish to have a refund on as they are asking for more postage than specified making the postage more expensive than the item itself! No response at all & always a worry when you can't find a telephone number to speak to customer service.
I certainly won't be using again & highly recommend that nobody else does either!!”

“Spent £178 on two trips to Barcelona with GoGroopie only to find out that the supplier cannot provide flights from all but one of the airports listed in the description. Immediately applied to have the vouchers cancelled -- well within the 14 day cool off period stipulated. I got a reply offering me credit, which I do not want. I replied saying I wanted my money back, then nothing! I have since asked for a refund a further four times. Dont spend your money with this company -- you'd be better off burning it! I'm a journalist... next stop Watchdog. Maybe they can get my money back”

“Still have not received poppies broaches for Remembrance day which were bought over 2 weeks ago and now the day has past. Sent 3 emails...today's said, wait til the three weeks is up!! “I ordered a Slow Closing Toilette seat middle of August 2014 and was Billed twice one for £8.99 and one for £24.98 and to date no sign of the Toilette Seat or the Refunds which they keep saying has been refunded. It is now 7 November and I am disgusted with Gogroopie and in future will stay clear of this company for they are ROGUES. I have now contacted MasterCard to help me sort out this mess.
