“BUYERS BEWARE....Do not purchase from this company.
I bought item worth £19.99 but was charge 3 times the amount when received the goods the item was crap, substandard supposed to be jeans but were nothing more than flimsy pyjama bottoms, certainly not even worth a fiver.
I contacted gogroopie about overcharge and they emailed back and apologised forthis and promised a full refund. Guess What!!!!!! no refund, I returned the order to supplier and e-!mailed gogroopie again asking for total refund of £60 still waiting.

“Ive just clicked very poor for GoGroopie only as that was the lowest rating but to be honest its worse than that! The website is appauling the money has been taken out of my account as soon as it could be. However, another problem i came across was... the voucher codes wouldnt work on the linked website for me to be able to get my product that i have ordered! I have also emailed twice and received no reply to which i have noticed other people on here have expierenced the same problem! “Got a voucher from Go Groopie for a pair of diamond shaped glasses. No problem getting or redeeming the voucher, going by the description given about these glasses was looking forward to there arrival.
When they arrived I eagerly unwrapped the box and was impressed with the presentation box, but the glasses were an absolute disaster, one was broken and the glass was of such poor quality they felt like plastic. How companies can get away with descriptions so far away from what they are actually like is disgraceful, I will not be going near this company again.”
