This so called company are an absolute joke!! Voucher didn't work, 3 unanswered emails and god knows how many phone calls later, and still doesn't work!! This was a christmas present for my son, so thanks for nothing!! Stay clear of this company it's the pits!!! Fuming!

Just raised a claim on Paypal as I too have been left devastated by an order I placed on the 28th October for an Electric Scooter. Not only did I contact GoGroopie, I also tried to contact the company Zip Products but no answer from e-mails and the phone just rings out. I can only assume this is a total scam and they should be reported to Trading Standards or the like. In fact, I might do that. So glad I paid by Paypal and regret not searching for reviews !!

Hi everyone Go groupie has done this again with me . On first occasion they failed to send my parcel . When I asked for my refund they credited money on my go groopie account. They refused to return the cash back amount .they are likely to take away money on my account should I ignore them for Long. I am aware that there are a serious fraud company and needs to be closed . I have now purchased another product and paid separately £5.00 for the delivery . After payment the receipt page continuously shows the error . I have emailed to both go groopie and the merchant . Should no one comes back to me and meanwhile my voucher expires like the previous one I am likely to issue proceedings and will ask for huge compensation . They should also be reported to police as they cannot continue to conduct business in such a fashion in the UK .

I have ordered a pink foldable scooter paid 59.99 then when I priced to buy the item is in available I have sent at least 10 emails as I want a refund , no reply , I can't afford to loose this money devestated it was for my kids Xmas

Just to let you know - I paid by paypal and raised a dispute - I got a full refund, including the postage. The items I received were broken/and wrong items. GoGroopie never bothered to reply and I could not get a reply by email or phone from the seller (J&Y). Seems paypal couldn't get a reply from them either. If you paid by paypal, open a dispute and make a claim for your money back.

The merchant said GoGroopie have given out the wrong code. Be persistent, call the merchant and GoGroopie every day. It took me 3 months to get a spare piece for a chest from one of these voucher deals. And spread the word!

I tried to redeem a voucher to make a purchase which then takes you to the the website which you actually purchase the item from. When you get on the site it will not accept the voucher so no discount. I am so glad that I read these reviews and will definitely not be using the gogroupie site as it is definitely a scam and needs to be shut down!!!! I will stick with Groupon thank you.

Been waiting for toilet rolls for 2 months cost 12.99 . Glad I didn't buy anything else .. Rubbish service .. Don't waste your money is my advice

Vouchers keep coming up not valid,have tried to contact them through e-mail . No reply!!!. Quick to take your money ,crap at dealing with problems!!

Bought a voucher and would not let me use it! This sight is a rip off so stay well away! They just steal your money and don't even give you a link to open your voucher until it expires! Thiefs! Need locking up!

Purchased Voucher 6 weeks ago. Redeemed straight away. Received e-mail from the Merchant to say thanks for the order and would be delivered within 21 days. Heard NOTHING since. Have e-mailed and e-mailed Go Groopie and the Merchant even threatening legal action. NOTHING. Wish I read the reviews before using the site, used Wowcher many times which is great and falsely put my trust in Go Groopie. Trading Standards need to CLOSE THIS WEBSITE DOWN!!!! DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. I paid using my Credit Card so will be speaking to the bank. Failing this £150 to take them to a small claims court and I will HAPPILY do it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

They're email does not even work to get refunds for two vouchers purchased both Christmas presents, emails returned back to me. Vouchers do not work. What is going on? Is this a con? But they're able to take the money for the vouchers out of my account quick enough.

My Goodness Gracious Lord!!!!! Please don't spend a dime on this site, I wish I read reviews before giving my money to such dubious organisation! They are fraudulent! I bought two travel vouchers and the dates they advertised were unavailable! I should have even sued that they advertised what they don't have. I requested a refund and it took up to 10 days or so for them to respond to you after which they asked if i wanted a go groupie credit and then it took another donkey years to respond to my email about not wanting a stupid go groupie credit.... who would ever imagine that such an organisation will be allowed to do business in prestigious England? long and short, they prolonged the matter until I sent them a letter as advised by my legal advisor in a given format then they refunded only one of the vouchers' fee. I have just sent another email that will be responded to ages from now and I think they will claim that the coupon expired which is what I am suddenly seeing on the account when it cleared my coupons when I initially requested a refund. I will fight them to the last as I await my 109 Pounds and may even sue for damages and anything the legal terms have to offer! they will be shocked! i don't think anyone can have a good experience with this people and i believe the few good comments here are planted! to sum it all, run run run run as fast as you can away from this gogropie people and spread the word so your friends and family don't fall victim. the statistics here shows that almost 90 percent of customers are lamenting so chances that we are all lying is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

Dont tell you that you have to download some voucher before you get your item . You dont get a refund if you havent downloaded the voucher. I have lost out on £40 .

Hello, It clearly states on our deal site when you purchase a deal from us that you are purchasing a voucher as we are a voucher provider which you will be sent your voucher to your email address in order for you to redeem your voucher and pay the postage cost for the merchant to dispatch your order. Ordered an item on 28th Oct & it is now 4th Dec & I am still without item. NOT HAPPY as this is a Xmas Present for my 11 yr old daughter. Dnt even deserve 1 star Tbh.
