I have tried to contact the tea company but they don't seem to have any way of being able to contact them as well. It seems that I will have to go to small claims as I think that taking people's money for goods and not delivering them is fraud.”

“I purchased a serrano ham for christmas and when opened, it was sooo mouldy it was disgusting. The voice mail for the number 02034740107 says they are closed until Jan 5th but still working through emails. I dont think so as I havent heard back from them and from what I have read it looks like I might never. If any one has come up with a way to sort this out since the last comment pleeese let me know as they cant be allowed to get away with this.
I have tried to call this week only to be put on hold with music and nothing but call charges and all the responses i read say they are catching up on a back log of emails. does this say it all!”

“Tried to order a product, when at checkout the payment did not go through and I was advised that no money had been taken. I tried again 3 more times but the money for all 4 transactions was taken out of my account. Have emailed them to request refund on 24th November to no avail. Spoke to someone in December and emailed again over Christmas. Nothing. What a shock having read all these reviews. I wish I had been aware of their poor customer service before being taken for a ride.”

“I went on your site and ordered a Car Bluetooth Sun Visor Speakerphone which was delivered from Zip Gadgets but when I checked my bank account I found that they had taken £39-93 from my account instead of £3-99 for delivery.
I have written e-mails to gogroopie and had no response.
I have also rang Zip Gadgets which promised to put the £36-00 back but as of now they have not done so, and after 2 weeks of ringing them at least 10 times, they are not answering their phones anymore.
I would strongly recommend not buying anything from Zip Gadgets their after sales are non-existant.
I am also not happy or confident with the gogroopie site so beware.”
