“This company is an absolute disgrace and we should all complain about trading standards / watchdog about them. After seeing reviews on this webpage after I placed my order I phoned up to cancel, I received an email saying I would receive a refund in 7-14 days and I am still yet to receive this!! I sent another email requesting this and did not hear anything, I have phoned them twice, the 1st time I was told I would receive it in next week ago (this was a month ago) and then I phoned them on Monday and they said they could see i had waited a while and the refund would 100% be in my bank today. Well they are talking garbage again!!! If I could give this company no stars I would. Time to complain people!!!!”

“Disgusting from Go Groopie and the company that I was buying an item from. I ordered a car diagnostic machine which said guaranteed delivery if ordered before 13th December. They took my money but no goods. Gifthampersbypost.co.uk don't reply to emails and if you try and call them you are left waiting as I was for over 30 minutes on 4 separate occasions
I have emailed GoGroopie twice and they don't reply either.
Seems neither company are trustworthy and my next step it to assume this is fraud and report it as such !

“The most useless company I have ever had to deal with. They make empty promises which are never fulfilled. I ordered two iPhone charges in September and despite non delivery my refund has been promised since october and to date nothing. I ordered some storage boxes and within minutes of placing the order realised it would cost £7.99 each for postage. Again my refund is still being process. Customer service assistants Layla, Haassan and Sabrina have all responded confirming my refund will be processed and still nothing. “I ordered three motion senor lights in November. Looked great in the ad but could not find any measurements on the advert and they looked quite large in the picture. Only one was delivered (in a small Jiffy bag) although they have charged me for all three lights. The light was far too small to light any area let alone a driveway or garden. I tried in vain to contact the company but by the time they answered my email, I was over the 14 day limit for a refund so they offered me a credit on my account which has never materised. I will never buy from this company again, no one ever answered my emails and there is no phone numbers that I could find. Buyers beware.”
“Discusting customer service!! I'm owed just over £100 from x2 kids xmas gifts. Ive been given such rubbish responses & false promises!! The final straw being told refund within the day and STILL no refund!! Yet they've been quick enough to delete items from my order history?! Funny that!!
