Absolutely disgusting. Have wrote an email every day so ce the 4th December and not received one reply.

We are extremely disappointed with Gogroopie. My mother ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter on 15th November, well over the 21 days of delivery - and it has still not been received. She has emailed twice and payment has been taken. The voucher code is 9841667198 and we are expecting a response and immediate delivery date from Gogroopie at the soonest.

Not happy anyone know the number to complain ordered a red laptop for a boy for Xmas I didn't open it to check he opened it xmas day and it's baby pink not happy at all

I have to say i made a mistake on my previous review regarding the missing Ladies Parker Coat i ordered from Gogroopie,the company that should have supplied the coat was called J&Y and NOT T&J as i previously stated i do apologies to T&J.The rest of my review STANDS.

On the 4th of December i ordered a Ladies Parker Coat as a xmas present and despite emailing them now on three separate occasions they have not had the decency to reply to my question as to when the coat will arrive.It is now of course too late for xmas and too late to go and buy a coat from elsewhere so that will be a disappointment on xmas morning.I also on two separate occasions also e mailed T&J the company who supply the coat and got the same response NONE so beware people before ordering think and THINK again and also check who the supplier is and beware if it is T&J.I will after xmas try again to contact go groopie and will inform them that i will NOT just write off the money i paid in good faith to them for the item i purchased,i will if i need to go to trading standards and also to watchdog the national press and don't get done get DOM at the BBC.I have NO intention of letting this matter drop until i get the item i ordered or a full refund of the price of the coat plus the postage refunded in full and i will let you know how i get on.

Purchased two cameras on Sept 28 well in time for christmas or so I thought. Received one camera and I am still on Dec 23 waiting for the second.Have had several conversations by email with customer services and keep being fobbed off by them asking further questions about the order then taking a fortnight to three weeks to get back to me. I am now at the end of my patience and my next step will have to be consumer protection and paypal. Julia

Ordered three products on GoGroopie - none have been delivered after more than three weeks, and have not received a reply to emails to customer support. Suggest people don't use this site unless prepared for non delivery and no easy means for recompense

This company is a joke , I ordered two things through go groopie , 1 product I have finally received 7 weeks later after several e- mail complaints . The second product I ordered 3 weeks ago and still not received , the company has not responded to any e- mails and the phone line is dead and still no response from go- groopie ! Both were christmas presents !! I'm very annoyed and will not be using this website again or recommending them !!!

Have to agree with everyone on this link, very disappointed, order a voucher and paid postage with their supplier, now am unable to get a response from the supplier or from Gogroopie themselves. Seems they are happy to take your money and then not provide the goods, I will not be using this site again they are obviously a con I will be looking for a refund as I have not got what I ordered and it just is not on.

I still haven't received my parcel it said I was getting it know later than Monday 22 Dec this was ordered November 13th this was a present for my autistic son birthday the track and trace isn't very helpful.I not really sore whose to blame .but I just woant the parcel.never again.so sorry for people that's ordered for xmas

Shocking site that people should stay clear of. Complete con. I ordered Crystal Poppy Brooches & despite many emails no reply until this morning. Something now about a voucher to another Merchant who asks seemingly for postage payment for what you were meant to have bought from GoGroupie in the first place. Unless my money is returned forthwith I will report the matter to the relevant authorities. Disappointed Customer.

This company is a con. I paid them money for goods that I haven't received. I have emailed them several times and have not received a reply. Keep away from this company is the best advice I can give you.

Hi everyone. I bought 2 different items through go groupie back in November. I have never received the items, or every had responses to my emails. THANKFULLY i paid through paypal. By buying this way i have been protected. I put in a compliant to paypals resolution center and then escalated it. That was 2 weeks ago. Yesterday paypal fot me a FULL refund(minus postage that i paid separately for) I will NEVER be using GoGroupie again, but at least i got my money back. Goodluck everyone.

I agree with all t I agree with all the negative/poor feedback re go groopie I have also e mailed them now around 6 times re non receipt of order to receive one reply giving the customer service number of the company I was supposed to receive item from . The number just rings and eventually cuts off! I have had no reply from Go Groopie and have not received the item I have paid for AVOID THIS VERY POOR INTERNET BASED COMPANY. They should not be allowed to trade on the Internet, I will not use them again be warned!

I purchased 6 vouchers for havaianas flip flops. I am still awaiting to get a refund as the items did not turn up and i paid £3.00 delivery x6 also. I have been chasing gogroopie since 28th July 2014 every three days and i am no further forward all these months on. The customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. I would advise no one to ever purchase from this company. This company needs to be closed down.
