First time useing it I orded an item but not sure what to do and of if it is on its way or do I need to get the voucher first to get my item as I paid cash for the item

Hello, Once you purchase a voucher from our site, your voucher will be sent to your email address in order for you to redeem your voucher and pay the postage cost for the merchant to dispatch your order. Kind regards, GoGroopie

I made a big order on the 17th November 2014. I was charged full price for items purchased with vouchers. After 2 weeks they asked for proof of purchase, which I sent. I am still waiting for a reply from gogoopie. Other items have still not arrived. I am not happy and wouldn't recommend using this website.

Completely ignored various contacts i made to them in relation to a voucher code not working for over 2 weeks in the build up to Christmas. Totally unacceptable. Website is awful to use too

Got a voucher from Go Groopie for a pair of diamond shaped glasses. No problem getting or redeeming the voucher, going by the description given about these glasses was looking forward to there arrival. When they arrived I eagerly unwrapped the box and was impressed with the presentation box, but the glasses were an absolute disaster, one was broken and the glass was of such poor quality they felt like plastic. How companies can get away with descriptions so far away from what they are actually like is disgraceful, I will not be going near this company again.

I really wish I'd read reviews about how terrible this company was before I made the mistake of ordering with them. The product took over 4 weeks to arrive to me and when it did the box was all battered and crushed - how can I give someone a present that looks like that?! I had to email FOUR times before I got a response and now I'm trying to get a replacement, the service is non existent!! I understand that it's a 3rd party it's ordered through....and clearly just as unreliable. I went on to the website 'trading post products' where it was from - and they are no longer a business?! However if gogroopie are prepared to sell the products for these companies then they are just as much to blame - especially when they don't respond to emails. They have the money and that's all that counts. I would recommend that people don't touch this company with a barge pole!! It's not a good deal when in the end up they have your money and all you have is a damaged product and no way of doing anything about it!

Does anyone receive their goods from Gogroopie,I ordered an item in January was chargedbut goods did not arrive.I have now ordered an item for my granddaughter this christmas have also been charged and again no goods,The company ignore all of my e mails,I am an 83 year old pens ioner and will never order on line again

I tried to redeem a voucher for a large rug, but although my paypal account has been debited no rug has shown up! I will not use this company again.

I bought 2 vouchers which didn't work. Asked for a refund and still 5 weeks later I haven't received it. Very poor communication. Do not use this site.

I have bought a voucher for Christmas Lights but cannot get any further with the transaction no reply from e/mails to help so will cancel order and get refund never to buy from them again Barbara

This so called company are an absolute joke!! Voucher didn't work, 3 unanswered emails and god knows how many phone calls later, and still doesn't work!! This was a christmas present for my son, so thanks for nothing!! Stay clear of this company it's the pits!!! Fuming!

Just raised a claim on Paypal as I too have been left devastated by an order I placed on the 28th October for an Electric Scooter. Not only did I contact GoGroopie, I also tried to contact the company Zip Products but no answer from e-mails and the phone just rings out. I can only assume this is a total scam and they should be reported to Trading Standards or the like. In fact, I might do that. So glad I paid by Paypal and regret not searching for reviews !!

Hi everyone Go groupie has done this again with me . On first occasion they failed to send my parcel . When I asked for my refund they credited money on my go groopie account. They refused to return the cash back amount .they are likely to take away money on my account should I ignore them for Long. I am aware that there are a serious fraud company and needs to be closed . I have now purchased another product and paid separately £5.00 for the delivery . After payment the receipt page continuously shows the error . I have emailed to both go groopie and the merchant . Should no one comes back to me and meanwhile my voucher expires like the previous one I am likely to issue proceedings and will ask for huge compensation . They should also be reported to police as they cannot continue to conduct business in such a fashion in the UK .

I have ordered a pink foldable scooter paid 59.99 then when I priced to buy the item is in available I have sent at least 10 emails as I want a refund , no reply , I can't afford to loose this money devestated it was for my kids Xmas

Just to let you know - I paid by paypal and raised a dispute - I got a full refund, including the postage. The items I received were broken/and wrong items. GoGroopie never bothered to reply and I could not get a reply by email or phone from the seller (J&Y). Seems paypal couldn't get a reply from them either. If you paid by paypal, open a dispute and make a claim for your money back.

The merchant said GoGroopie have given out the wrong code. Be persistent, call the merchant and GoGroopie every day. It took me 3 months to get a spare piece for a chest from one of these voucher deals. And spread the word!

I tried to redeem a voucher to make a purchase which then takes you to the the website which you actually purchase the item from. When you get on the site it will not accept the voucher so no discount. I am so glad that I read these reviews and will definitely not be using the gogroupie site as it is definitely a scam and needs to be shut down!!!! I will stick with Groupon thank you.
